To add to the list some journalists are saying Cetre and Carrascal should be given a look due to their form in the Sub23. Also Luis Suarez but that seems very unlikely to me. I would like to see it happen though.
Like call 26 and guys to get them into the scene and meet the guys Each additional player cost what? 10-20k? How much does it cost the federation when we lose and have less fans at the stadium or not going to the WC?
🚨 BREAKING NEWS 🚨 La selección Colombia is set to take on the Mexican national team in Denver on May 30th!Tickets go on sale March 9th.🇨🇴 vs. 🇲🇽— Parceros United (@ParcerosUnited) March 3, 2020
The FIFA international calendar has the period for "official or friendly matches" from June 1 until June 9. Just have to hope clubs release players from both sides by May 26/27 so they can play. UEFA Champions League final is also on May 30. #eltrieng https://t.co/qXU60puvXP— Tom Marshall (@mexicoworldcup) March 3, 2020
yeah, I had predicted none of the colombian teams to make it past the group stage. (Junior maybe; but I doubt it). colombian teams don't have the balls to beat any half decent teams in a proper competition. (even if they do have the players)
I agree with Doogs; nothing pisses me off more than losing because we had no pair and had our tails between our legs. Watching the matches against Brazil and England still irritates me to this day because of how we lost complete confidence the despite having the capabilities to create upsets. I would have preferred losing in the matter that Argentina did to France; go down fighting even if we were just edged out. They never gave up and gave a great match.
yeah, i've been saying this for years but it is easily the biggest problem colombian football has always had. No signs of this changing either honestly.

From what I am hearing it is because Denver has training facilities which are World Class. Many of the Olympic athletes train at the various sports complexes there. CQ wants us to be the most fit team going into the tournament so the boys are going to have be ready for lots of hard work, What his teams lack in tactics they usually make up in fitness.
Switching gears back to possible callups... ...it is being reported that Eder Balanta has been contacted by a Fed official. Interesting to see that they are at least keeping an eye on him. CQ loves stacking up on Defensive midfielders so it makes sense.
Yes that is only about an hour and a half out from the airport. Heck, it seems like everything is at least an hour from the airport in Denver.
