I think the world would implode if Messi joined Ronaldo at Juve. It would be insane... Probably the biggest and most talked about duo to play together after being "rivals" for so long.

No way this happens... Juve just can't afford it. Unless they send half their team over and Messi takes a damn pay cut.

    Dream Exit list:
    Pjanjc
    Matuidi
    Khedira
    Rabiot
    Danilo
    Higuain
Costa (just cuz of his injuries)

But realistically Im not sure who they're capable of selling...perhaps pjanic, but i see Matuidi and the rest staying. Probably loan Higuain and they'll force a Dybala sale to make room for pjanic replacement

There is no way that we get rid of basically all our midfielders in one transfer window--nor is it necessary. Most of the guys we have would be good to fill in as squad players.

The major issue is that this side is never going to embrace the Sarri philosophy of a high-press, short, quick passing style. Even if we were to get Pogba and Tonali in the summer, those are guys that are good on the ball and like to dwell on it.

In the event that Sarri does stay after the summer, he will need to change his philosophy to have success with this side. Otherwise, you may as well cut him loose at season's end.

If we go out to Lyon, he will be out either following the match (and rightfully so) or the end of the season to see if he can at least win the league or cup.

Assuming we make it past Lyon, he probably stays for next year. It seems like management is all in with changing the way we play. Retreating into a deep block and moving the ball slowly for the last 5 years is not something that can be unlearned when the stress is turned up. It seems that our team reverts back to what they know, which is defend deep and try and win 1-0. It has been the Juve DNA for decades. Adam Digby lays it out pretty well in his podcast if you want to hear what he thinks on the issue.

If we lose to Lyon he should 100% be sacked

Although a lot of the blame is on Paratici and Agnellias well

I wonder what the clubs plan is going to be for this summer when Ronaldo leaves, we're gonna need a fortune come July to fix the midfield and replace him

Plan is same as usual. They will bring in one guy and might offload another, dont see them changing much.

Ronaldo isnt leaving yet, he wants to prove himself here

I think that depends on who the manager is. I will wager we don't win CL. That means that the only way Sarri will keep his job is if we win the league. If Sarri is here, I think Ronaldo goes. The writing would be on the wall that this club is going nowhere with Sarri at the helm.

If they persuade some high profile guy like Guardiola to come in the summer, I would bet that Ronaldo stays.

Money will decide it and right now looking at that stock price Ronaldo is history.

Dybala was an inch from leaving. Pjanic should have been sold but management is obsessed with him for some reason.

If he stays awesome, but I doubt it

Juve are supposedly monitoring 18 yr old forward Kaio Jorge from Santos.

He has a 50ME release clause

Juventus are monitoring the situation at Barcelona with regards to bringing in ter Stegen. Apparently he is unhappy with the situation in the Barca dressing room and might be looking for a move in the summer

I hope we dont waste money on goalkeeper....we got fullback and midfield to address and possibly a forward if we can get rid of Higuain

    Where would he go realistically?
Back to Madrid? Doubt he would go backwards in his career
PSG? not interesting enough project/lower quality league
Man United? They have no CL and in shambles
China or MLS? he's too hungry and ambitious for those places
Bayern? Doubt they wanna pay his salary, they already have a good team

I dont really see any places he would want. Im sure he wants to prove himself with us and stay at least 3yrs. I dont see him making any other moves.

He would most definitely go back to Madrid and they would take him back in a heartbeat.

If you have a chance for the best goalkeeper in the world you take it just like they did with Buffon back in the day.

Sell Szczesny, he would fetch a good price

I don't know. I won't dispute that Ter Stegen is among the best keepers if not the best. However Szczesny isn't all that far off and is more than serviceable. Szczesny has had his gaffes, but what keeper doesn't? He hasn't been the issue this season.

Where you have the deficiencies we do in the midfield I don't think you can afford to invest in only a marginal improvement in one position where you have multiple glaring weaknesses in another.

The thing is, with goalkeepers, the marginal is magnified.

A mistake by a goalkeeper is almost always more costly than a mistake by a forward or a midfielder. All keepers make mistakes, but world class keepers make fewer than even very good keepers, and that can often be the difference between winning trophies or finishing second. Arsene Wenger settled for less when it came to goalkeepers, and it cost Arsenal dearly more than once.

When we paid a world-record fee for Buffon in his prime, the rest of football said we were crazy. It turned out to be the best investment Moggi ever made, and it would have been the best deal of his entire career if the rat hadn't decided to straight swap Fabio Cannavaro for a third-choice goalkeeper.

So while Szecz is quality, if you have a legit chance to sign arguably the best goalkeeper in the world, you do it. Buffon proved that having a world-class goalkeeper can spare a club all kinds of headaches even during times of chaos.

And if that's the difference that prevents us from upgrading the midfield, which we have needed to do for years, then our upper management needs to be sacked because that's just plain failure.

There haven't been any rumored midfielders with Juve so far, my guess is management is keeping their targets for that area quiet for now. They know for sure its our weakest link and I don't expect freebies this summer considering what a bust our two free agents have been so far

At the very least there's been some smoke to a Pogba return and we have continuously been linked to Tonali. I think that if they could make those moves happen, that goes a long way in improving this side.
