There is a lot of pessimism (what's new!) in this forum about the depth DC United have on the front line. This is combined with pessimism about Ola Kamara's ability to lead said attack. With that in mind, let's predict how many goals Kamara scores. His past full seasons in MLS saw him bag 16, 18, and 14 goals. He scored 3 in 5 games here last season after his failed time in China. If he scores at his average MLS rate, he'd put in 18 goals if he plays a full 34 game season. So, assuming Kamara stays healthy, where do you peg his goal tally for 2020?
He's a great striker I think the lukewarm response from some here is because some folks only watch DCU games (no judgement...just an observation)
Gressel, Asad and Flores are all capable assist men so I have to think that will boost his numbers. Truly a shame about Arriola.
I liked Kamara in Columbus, but he had in form Higuain and Meram feeding him. I don't think he'll get comparable service in this year's United team. Kamara doesn't create his own. He needs to be fed. I just got back from the game and he looked isolated, disconnected and had no clear chances
Hey, he is only one off of the team lead That Brilliant is tied for the lead along with a player who has played 67 minutes is a searing indictment of the entire organization.
