Not sure .. I know that it’s being used by top level elite athletes just to get a legal advantage ( unlike Mo Farah ) It is a life changing lifestyle, I just wish I’d find discovered it 30 years ago .. I’ve been doing it for about 4 to 5 years and I’ve never felt healthier. 100% attendance at work makes me virtually unique. I moved up to the top level and now do 19:5 and have done for the last few years . I eat a days worth of food in a 5 hour window . ( 5pm till 10pm) View attachment 169094
I get the feeling that this is the understatement of the year here. "Such is life"? Yeah only if you want it to be. Get off of it, this forum, unban the guy you set up because you're a jealous fat arse and take control of your life
For my Canadian friends on the board, how is the socialized medicine in Canada? My aunt went in and out of a diabetic coma in these last few weeks in Ontario and they actually sent her home , stating they didn't want her to get sicker in the hospital because of tall the germs. That is the same tired old line that I've heard often even in the states. . The problem was, she went home and got even more sick. She went back to the hospital, they put her in the ICU and she passed away. Granted my aunt was 81 but she was fairly healthy and full of life. I don't understand how they couldn't even try to do something to help her... I hear so much about healthcare and how the government is supposed to help with socialized medicine but do they really cure or care for people or would they rather kill them off?
Guess that’s good. Then again if you have insurance in the USA , it would be a routine operation. Getting the appendix taken out is like pulling out cork...
He forgot to mention if he pays taxes or not and that 49% of his income tax is spent on health care. Yet he didn't pay a dime.... @falvo do you have any idea what a comprehensive healthcare policy costs in the US?

Time for the entirety of the western hemisphere to repatriate even more capital and tooling to invest at home in green mechanized factories strategically located. The CCP has sealed their coffin.
Right but it's not comprehensive, all the info I have found doesn't mention details of the coverage. I'm trying to get a proper number to be able to compare to a socialist system.
ya taxes are higher in Canada but it ain't 49% lol. I personally think Canada is too socialist for my liking but oh well. I vote conservative and try to get the bummy liberals out
You're right it's not quite 49%, the tax rate here in Quebec is as high as 58.75% if you make a little over 200K. If you make over 95K it's 50%.
Exactly. 49% of the money you pay in taxes is allocated to healthcare. The average salary in Canada is $50,000 of which $13,902 is paid in income taxes , which equates to $6,950, call it annual healthcare insurance premiums. On top of that you need to pay for private healthcare insurance and part of medication costs. Then you need to deal with a bogged down system with terrible service and unacceptably long waiting times sometimes reaching 15 hours and 6-8 months for surgery if you are lucky. In fact the major problem other than research funding fraud by the doctors is the polarization of the social class and the tax laws. For example a refugee or asylum seeker has no taxable income and could possibly never contribute but receives more social benefits then a tax payer. The non resident usually very wealthy citizen as well. These 2 factors create a phenomenon called healthcare/social service tourism and amplify the costs and degrade service drastically.
Politicians often like to say, that they will organize free concerts, free transport so that people can attend the event, only someone has to pay the gas and the lady that sings. Citizens always pay.
1233536447749201921 is not a valid tweet id Shoot him. I wonder why this has not got mainstream coverage . Reverse the situation and you have riots and meltdowns. btw the absolute state of these 2 officers. dumb and dumber.
This is only nice tactics for state healthcare institutions. For example, if you need magnetic resonance imaging and both sides know it's kind of urgent. But the state healtcare doctor says: "Oh, we have long waiting list Mrs. Falvini". She suddenly becomes worried when she understands that she might get that magnetic resonance after the summer, in September. So, she rather takes the private healthcare institution, where she can make entire procedure today. Of course, it costs much more. That's how state medical institutions save their assets for treatments and also they support higher expenses. People do that more and more. Blood sample checkings, dental care...allergy tests...many people say that these procedures include more pain than in state medical institutions. State dentists like to avoid the anesthetic...they are "worried" for your health, heart..state healthcare institutions are often crowded and they exhaust you additionally when they say, it's everything fine with you, germs, people can't make the entire blood sample checkings in state institutions, only basics...many people don't know which blood type do they have: A, B, AB, 0...because this is additional demand. They either refuse the patient, or they say: "Everything is fine with you, you only imagine things". Older people see that much more often...maybe it seems cruel, but I think that state medical institutions don't want to help people, unless if something is evident, so they don't want any scandals. I think that state medical institutions wait that people die. Seems harsh, but no one likes to treat someone who is without the money. People who have some money, they rather quit and pay in different private institutions. They can get 10 doctors like that: someone for spine, someone for your heart, someone for your teeth, skin care, cold and fever, eye care (glasses, lens). All those treatments seem nicer in private medical institutions, it's much better equipped, they place plants, everything is clean, people don't feel depressive and with fear. What's interesting in waiting, number 39...number 39...please come here. State healthcare might work if one city has more hospitals, more medical staff members...many cities have 4,5 hospitals for million, or two millions of residents, plus outskirts, suburbs...and the construction of new hospitals isn't lucrative at all for any state budget. It's not only walls and tiles, you need all possible medical equipment. State healthcare goes like this: "You don't have anything bad, please go home". "We see some issues, but it's nothing serious, please go home" "OMG, you should come months earlier, now it's too late". TV commercials include mostly medical pills with different colours, shapes, imprints...basically, they want that every person has home pharmacy, which is completely wrong and dangerous for them and for their children. The date: best before passed for example, but I might take two pills...I saw some symptoms online...maybe I could use this...1 hour later: seizure, foam on your mouth. Or listen to some TV doctor...often based on pseudo - science...some Eastern traditions that were not verified in Western medicine. "Take this plant, it's great". Majority of those healthy plants didn't went under medical tests, because this is all expensive. It's much better to save money and visit private medical institutions, at least for those who are in fear of doctors, who don't have some major complications...so, why wait, rather prevent everything in the beginning. I don't mean on some chronical illness. But if one child is in fear of doctors, why make additional stress for that child...
