    -on Arp
Wriedt will definitely also be missing on Friday in the derby against SpVgg Unterhaching, because the DFB does not have a complete acquittal in the event of a factual decision. Fiete Arp, who showed some good moves after his substitution yesterday, should be the first choice for the starting XI if Joshua Zirkzee is not handed over by the professionals.

-seems like 98-Schubert is training again.

-looks like Coman injured himself. Could be chance for
    CL-OBM
    1BL-OBM, Dajaku, Arp

depending on seriousness and downtime. Only Fruchtl, Hoffmann, Mai and OBM are registered for CL.

-according to Flick, nothing too serious, Coman's just had strain and will need 5 days break. So it could only be opening on weekend.

-99 Franzke moved to Pauli II in Winter. Already training with 1st team and already impressing.

    from Bild,
A new face on the pitch: Young player Maximilian Franzke (20), who switched from FC Bayern II to U23 at FC St. Pauli in January, took part in the 90-minute session of chief coach Jos Luhukay.

The winger, who had already played a regional league game for the youngsters, left a good impression.

-A talk about Fein's return since he injured his cheekbones, HSV have struggled without his influence in midfield after 2 games. If he plays he has to wear a mask on his face.

    will 03-Sieb be 1st 03 to make pro debut?????????:eek::eek::eek:

Hoffenheim striker operated on the ankle
    Adamyan is also out longer

The streak of bad luck of the Hoffenheim strikers continues. Now the second best scorer had to go under the knife.

    Sargis Adamyan
Hoffenheim's Sargis Adamyan had to undergo surgery and TSG coach Alfred Schreuder will no longer be available.picture alliance
The convalescents, who were on their way back to regular training, were already in action far ahead of the team. In addition to the recently struck Konstantinos Stafylidis and Talent Ilay Elmkies, Andrej Kramaric also completed a reduced and well-dosed program of ball-technical and athletic exercises. The Croatian did not show any serious impairment. Therefore, there is definitely hope for TSG that their most important offensive player will soon return to team training and possibly be on Saturday against FC Bayern Munich (3:30 p.m., LIVE! On kicker). That would be all the more important, since in addition to center forward Munas Dabbur (tear of the biceps tendon on the knee), Sargis Adamyan will also be missing longer.

Bad streak of Hoffenheim striker continues
Adamyan, who had knocked over in the game against Leverkusen (2-1) and has suffered from permanent ankle complaints since then, was examined again on Monday. On Tuesday, the TSG announced that the Armenian had an operation on Tuesday in Murnau and would be suspended until further notice. An exact diagnosis was not given. Bitter for the dribbler and counter-striker who came from Regensburg in the second division in the summer, who has developed very positively and, after Kramaric (7 goals), has blossomed into the second-best Hoffenheim goal scorer (5 goals).

The streak of bad luck for Hoffenheim's attackers continues seamlessly this season. Ihlas Bebou does not seem to make any significant progress either, the striker continues to slow down knee problems. For Ishak Belfodil, the season has ended prematurely since October after cruciate ligament surgery ...

Already in Gladbach (1-1), coach Alfred Schreuder had therefore pulled Robert Skov back to his original position at the front right and, at the end, replaced the only 17-year-old striker Maximilian Beier. The home-grown training continues with the professionals and also has a good chance against the record champions to appear in the squad. In addition, another self-training was allowed to train on Tuesday. Armindo Sieb, 17 years old like Beier, is an attacking midfielder who has scored ten goals and prepared five in 15 games in the U-17 Bundesliga. Junior national player Sieb, who joined the TSG from RB Leipzig two and a half years ago, was able to show his technical strengths in the more complex forms of play.
    https://www.kicker.de/770641/artikel/auch_adamyan_faellt_laenger_aus

I'm seeing lots of Hoff fans who now wish D.Otto was never loaned out. But between D.Otto, Beier and Sieb, Hoff always had interesting CF options. Sieb can play everywhere in middle too.

what's more interesting is that Sieb isn't a U19 player but U17 one. It tells you they don't really rate their II attackers that U17-U19 players are ahead.

just noticed that 03-Conte of Hoff U17 has made his long comeback from injury over weekend.

BAMBASÉ CONTÉ CELEBRATES COMEBACK AND BUNDESLIGA DEBUT
The only positive news of the day comes from the 66th minute: The long injured Bambasé Conté came into the game for Luka Ðurić and made his Bundesliga debut. Shortly after he came on, he forced a free kick that Bähr slammed onto the crossbar.

“We are now in a difficult situation and have to make sure that the boys work their way back to happiness and get back on track as quickly as possible. We no longer have to look at the others, ”said the trainer with a view to the rival competition from Mainz and Munich. "I am very happy about the Bundesliga debut of Bambasé Conté, who fought back after a long injury," said Galm. "With Luca Baltzer, we had a long-injured player on the bench today, whom we hope to be able to give soon."
    https://www.achtzehn99.de/aktuelles...st-am-riederwald-zu-viel-liegen-und-verliert/

of course talking about U17 Bundesliga debut. I recall dfb calling up Conte for U16 NT and he played 2 games. Then it was quiet for a long time, glad to see him fit again.

I m not sure. David Otto isn’t even playing well at 2BL level

he hasn’t adapted the pace of pro football yet.
Both aren’t particularly pleasing but Krueger is still slightly ahead of Otto for now.

there are reasons why coaches couldn’t use David Otto. I watched some games from Heidenheim this season, he isn’t ready yet...

    Hopefully next season

-seems like 03-Barata and 03-Atty of Gladbach U17 are both injured.
-01 CB Voloder training with Koln 1st team.
-97 Jensen of Zwickau extends until 2021
-kicker states that Coman could make it in time for the cup next week. So pretty much only opening this weekend.
    -1860 #1 97-Hiller extends his contract.
    http://www.tsv1860.de/de/Aktuelles_News/4879.htm
    -Schmidt talks 97-Richter.
Development is the key word that plays an important role in Augsburg. In all respects. "We are not just a training club, we are a training club that trains players for the next level," says Schmidt, who uses Marco Richter as a prime example. "He hardly played in the first half of the previous season and increased in the second half of the season. This season he is a seasoned regular player and is about to become a top performer," says the coach about the 22-year-old, who is part of the Bayern youth team FCA youth came, moved up to the professionals and is now also gaining interest in the transfer market.

I really hope they integrate someone else this season.

-Hoff's Adamyan is basically out of the season after his operation. Seems like there could be more chances for Academy players this season as they are having mass injuries/fitness issues in attack.

-I'm glad that he's a 02 and not 01. Mosandl is good chance out for the season....

-Lewa is out for 4 weeks/a month.

of course I think Bayern could be more likely to play Gnabry or Muller in CF but 2 things.
1-if your playing Muller or Gnabry uptop it reduces your AM/W options which could open the door for Arp, OBM, Dajaku.
2-Lewa being out also opens the door for Arp to be more important for 1st team, even if Zirkzee is ahead, fact is when Lewa was there he was even more far behind. Arp has been playing well for II since his return from injury and Winter Camp.

already this weekend no Coman (out for the weekend), no Lewa (out for 4 weeks), and no Perisic (seems out until like mid-March). That could be chances even if subs due to reality that coaches usually sub in older and experienced players but if those older players are in XI due to injuries it means your subs will be young players.......

    01-Papela, 01-Schonfelder and 02-Nebel are training with Mainz 1st team from U19.

all 3 player participated in 1st team Summer and camp and all did well too getting lots of praise.

Mainz always had 4 interesting 01s in
Papela (pro contract), Tauer (pro contract), Eyibil (pro contract), and Schonfelder.

I recall when Mainz heads were talking about giving pro contracts to 3 U19 players of same age group was already a lot but that they were strongly considering giving a 4th to Schonfelder due him having lots of potential and a very flexible player too.

age group thing is inconsistent thing. One age group can have lots of interesting players for a club than another less. Mainz has easily 4 interesting 01s but then only Nebel for 02s and then 03s goes to another like 3-5 players lol.

RB Leipzig article/interview, a lot of yapping about known things.
-Hartmann and Kraus are closest to 1st team although yet to be used this season
-“The boys had a six to seven-fold burden with the Youth League, the cup competitions, the Bundesliga, the international matches and the school. At some point there is a certain physical but also mental fatigue, ”explains Sebastian Kegel, the young manager, looking back in conversation with the Mitteldeutsche Zeitung / RBlive.de. Not with the placement, but as far as the individual quality of the U19 players is concerned, Kegel is "very satisfied". It's about "the way we want to play football and how players develop within this game idea."
-The clubs seems to want to promote, aka yearn for it......
-Krauss and young goalkeeper Tim Schreiber are currently training exclusively with the Bundesliga squad. Defender Frederik Jäkel, most recently captain of the U19 national team, also attests Kegel "the perspective that he can move up to the professional squad permanently".Riesa Dennis Borkowski (striker) attested the young boss "a good perspective" for a professional career.
-In order to get the players to the men's level faster, Kegel & Co. have more tests against men's teams, as they did recently during the winter break, and want to lend players more actively to second and third division teams.
-Close proximity between young people and professionals
Kegel maintains close contact with the pros via assistant coach Robert Klauß and sports director Markus Krösche. "We are discussing the development of individual players who should take the next step in professional training," says Kegel. Head coach Julian Nagelsmann also regularly watches games from U19 and U17 and follows the top talent training of the best U15 to U17 kickers, which was introduced six months ago and led by Kegel and Klauß, and which can show on the professional pitch.
-In the summer it will be decided whether Krauss and Hartmann belong.
    https://rblive.de/nachwuchs/mensch-...n-rb-leipzigs-erfolgreicher-werden-will-11648

the interesting U19 players seem to be
    01-Krauss, Hartmann, Jakel, Talabidi
02-Schreiber (GK), Martel, Wosz, and Borkowski

interesting comments about 01 CB Jakel and 02 CF Borkowski (more and more indication he's rated at the club). They really need to set loaning plans since they got no II team. So they want to loan out players to 2BL-3rd Liga. In Summer we find out which 01 goes on loan and which stays with 1st team. Also Nagelsmann watches youth games and progress BUT the article also states that it's not easy to use players when going to title race and competing in CL, which is the problem in terms of integration.

-Bochum had friendly game 1-0 win vs 3rd Liga club Munster.
XI: Lorenz, Romling, Wintzheimer (assisted winner)
Subs Gyamfi (67th min), Hartwig (46st min), Holtkamp (80th min)

Absent: Leitsch, Bella-Kotchap, Grave, Janelt, Wellers, Bapoh (still injured)

3 U19 players played including 02 CF Hartwig made his 1st team debut today. As mentioned recently 02 is interesting CF age group.

-98 CF Engelhardt getting close to comeback.

    Double Dortmund posts.

    -On Moukoko

    -Lars Ricken talks youth.
BVB wants to promote talent as best as possible
Talking about his own youth teams, Ricken gets really enthusiastic and explains that in his time as a youth coordinator "there would never have been so many top-talented players across all ages," of whom "we had one or two of us in the Signal Iduna Park will see."

But some promising talents also appear in Moukoko's shadow. Ricken assumes "that we will have seven junior national players in our U19 next year", and considers it likely that some of these players will jump into Dortmund 's professional squad in the future: "We would have to do a lot wrong if not one or the other creates the professional squad. "
    https://www.90min.de/posts/6565779-...nachwuchs-hatten-noch-nie-so-viele-toptalente

he also seems excited that 5 04s are playing U17 up their age groups. That he yaps about U19 next year tells me his thinking is geared towards the 03 as they will all be in U19 next season. The obvious candidates are guys like Lutke-Frie and Semic.

    Hoffenheim coach.
… The injuries on the offensive: “We are lucky that Ihlas Bebou and Andrej Kramarić are fit again. We also have some players with Robert Skov and Jacob Bruun Larsen that can be dangerous. Maximilian Beier also did well after his substitution. It's a shame, of course, that Munas Dabbur and Sargis Adamyan are now out, but we have enough staff to be dangerous. ”

… The development of the young players: “Hoffenheim is a very good club for the development of the young players. The environment is very important. The boys have to trust us, then they will get where they want to go. ”

    what massive trolling from Bild.

LMAO, did it go over their heads that II plays tomorrow and that Wriedt was red carded on Monday. So who will play CF if Arp also trains with 1st team? LOL.

Arp also needs more game time too. No role? He was part of the 1st team matchday squad last weekend, lol.

means all bench attackers will be young players. Could be chance for OBM to make debut or Dajaku his 3rd Bayern game. Of course best chance is likely this weekend as Coman is out. OBM was training with 1st team today, not sure about Dajaku.

Even more reason why II getting promotion to 3rd Liga could be big.

    Wolfsburg's new transfer strategy
VfL Wolfsburg wants to drive a new transfer strategy. As the 'kicker' reports, the Lower Saxony will intensify youth work in the future. "We look closely at what is happening there. It's about developing the young players so that they can play at the top, ”says Managing Director Jörg Schmadtke (55). Coach Oliver Glasner (45) is also convinced: “We want to give our young players the opportunities. That is the path we have taken and consistently pursue. "

In Wolfsburg, the aim is to enable talented people to jump into the professional area. Really expensive transfers are hardly an option for VfL. After the diesel scandal, Volkswagen significantly reduced sponsorship money. The Bundesliga club has since received around 30 million euros less per season.

    -Moller talks Frankfurt youth.
    https://www.dfb.de/news/detail/frankfurts-nlz-leiter-moeller-fussball-immer-im-mittelpunkt-213433/

    -Fruchtl interview.
DFB.de: What do you particularly like to see from Manuel Neuer?

Früchtl: He is the best goalkeeper in the world. So I can see everything from him. (laughs) Manuel was always a role model. Posters of him are still hanging in my parents' house. Nevertheless, I not only look at Manuel, but also at other goalkeepers. Alisson Becker from Liverpool, for example, I also find very good. At some point I want to have my own goalkeeper style so that nobody says I just copied it from Manuel Neuer. People should rather say: This is Christian Früchtl.

DFB.de: You are not only the goalkeeper of the second team, but also a substitute goalkeeper for the professionals. What does a typical week look like for you?

Früchtl: There should always be three goalkeepers when training the first team - that's normal ise Manuel, Sven and me. However, I complete the final training with the second team because I am then in goal.

DFB.de: Is the level of training among the professionals completely different? For example, do the shots feel twice as hard on the goal?

Früchtl: Of course, the shots for the first team are even more precise. However, I would say that the difference between youth and men's football was greater than the difference between the 3rd division and the Bundesliga. You just have to adjust to the different players - such as a Serge Gnabry shoots, a Robert Lewandowski shoots or an Otschi Wriedt shoots for the second team. At some point you can estimate how they move and where the balls may go.

DFB.de: You are under contract with FC Bayern Munich for two years. How do you plan the coming season?

Früchtl: As of today, it has been discussed with the club that I will borrow as far as possible for the next season.

DFB.de: So in the 2nd Bundesliga?

Früchtl: You have to see that. The important thing is that I play and get more experience.

DFB.de: Change of subject: You have passed through all German junior national teams from the U 15 to the U 20. How did you benefit from this?

Früchtl: It is the hottest thing to play for your country. So I'm happy to still be there. I get goose bumps every time I hear the national anthem before the game. It helped me a lot that I have been able to measure myself against the best players of my age group for several years.

DFB.de: As part of the U20 international series, the home game against Italy is on March 27th, followed by the away game against England on March 30th. Are such classics something special for you?

Früchtl: Yes, definitely. England and Italy are among the best teams in the world in this age group. So far we have been at the forefront of the international series and would like to win this too. Should we choose both games for ourselves, we would be the best of eight participating teams. It would be good to set an exclamation mark with German football.

DFB.de: So far you have not participated in any U European or World Cup. How would you like to do it?

Früchtl: That would be a great wish of mine. I was supposed to be there twice, but then had to cancel. I missed a European championship because I tore the syndesmosis tape. I had to cancel a World Cup because Manuel Neuer was injured and therefore I was the second goalkeeper behind Sven Ulreich in the club. Of course I was very happy to do that. But it would be nice if it worked out with a big tournament next time.

    U17 (midweek catch up game)
X1: Kojic (04, getting close to double), Ozgen, Weichert

    U19
    X1: Bolufe, Jastremski

    RL
    Goller (1 goal in 1 game), Gayret (2nd), L.Kruger X2 (4th), Pfeiffer (1st), M.Dardai (02, 1st)

    3rd Liga
Bayern II beats 2nd place Unterhaching, derby 1-0. Unterhaching is in 2nd place but tied on pts with 1st place. Win jumps Bayern II to 6th place and 9 pts in safety.

Fructhl, Mai, Kohn, Stiller all did pretty well today and kept a clean sheet vs top of the league team. Fruchtl also was big in Unterhaching's only real chance. Stiller seems to establish himself as II's regular free kick and corner taker.

Kuhn and Arp both were XI for the very 1st time post Winter.
I thought Kuhn was decent but he looked like he was lacking cohesion with the rest of the team. Liked that he was very physical and tried a lot too.

Arp had the same issue as Kuhn. Looking like he lacked match rhythm and cohesion. Both didn't always sync with the rest of the XI. But he still did a lot of things right. Arp also scored the lone goal and winner today!!!!!! What annoys me about Arp is that even with all that, he SHOULD/COULD have scored a hat trick, disappointed that he didn't score one. Had couple of very good chances that he should have bagged, shame. He did well on the physical side and back to goal too.

but it makes sense being XI is not comparable to playing sub and this is his 1st XI since his return from injury. Here's the goal/winner,
1233467147956912128 is not a valid tweet id

fantastic by Jeong and very great movement by Arp in the box.
Can't comment on Dajaku as sub since had to leave last 12 min, on another note OBM was absent seems headed for 1st tomorrow.

    Dutch 2nd division
-Novakovic kept clean sheet in 5-0 win for Roda. Looks like Bisseck is injured again.....
-Laukart played his 1st XI since his return from injury for Den Bosch and scored in a 3-2 win. Currently at 6 goals and 4 assists in 15 games and 11 XI games.

    Austrian 2nd division
-Boller and Benko both played full game in 0-0 while Jelisic who seems back from injury was unused. Still wonder who from the 3 will make the LASK 1st team in Summer?

    2BL (not posting everything)
-Wekesser scores his 2nd of the season, both scored in Feb in a 2-1 loss to Dynamo where Burnic helped his team to this massive win as the club is still alive in relegation battle.
-00 Kother who is usually unused bench by Karlsruher today played 21 min in a 1-0 loss, his 2nd career 2BL game.

    EL
-Berisha made his Europe debut as 14 min sub as Salzburg drew Frankfurt 2-2 in leg 2. Still curious to when Hutter will use 00-Cetin.......

    Eredivisie.
    Willem II beat Groningen 3-1
-Saglam in his 1st XI, assists the 2nd goal. It's his 2nd Eredivisie game after Winter transfer as he played 2 min recently.

-Kohlert scored his 6th of the season to make it 3-1. Will he score double digits this season?

-While Schreck played 15 min as sub for Groningen in lost.

    1BL
-02 Samardzic made his 1st ever 1st team bench but was unused. More and more 02s seem to be getting closer and closer to 1st teams.

-Kastenmeier conceded an OG and he caused a PK which was scored on him as Hertha made a comeback 3-3 draw. While Torunarigha played full match for Hertha and Mittelstadt was Subbed ON at 46st as they made comeback in 2nd half. While Maier was unused.

Arp every game post Winter break aka every game since his return from injury.

today's game also reiterates how immense Fruchtl is to the team. Bayern II would be dead over and over if they didn't have a GK who had good footwork and passing skills. Also demonstrated a very impressive 1st touch move at one point in the game, didn't expect him to do it so casually, LOL. What he does with his feet is pretty important to the game being played. Then add, his 1v1, shot stopping, distribution etc and he's extremely important to the team. Next season, Hoffmann is likely to be #1 as Fruchtl goes on loan.

Mai is showing more and more that he should be playing upwards in Summer. Have to say Mai looks more and more Hummelsesque by the game. They got the same height and both do similar things in terms of anticipation, physique, long balls, dribbling etc.

Stiller great addition to II, stability of the team seems to stem from him. As someone mentioned recently. Stiller is a player that always adapts extremely fast to new level and elevates his team without people noticing aka low key. He stabilizes the midfield and is link between defense and attack. Now an extremely important part of the team. With him onboard, 5/6 wins, only loss was 1-0 due to bogus Wriedt red card in 1st half. It's interesting to note, that Stiller was never really dfb relevant, played like 2 U17 games, 1 U18 and every other time was only on call or left out. That he recently made the dfb camp for March tells me that it's his rise in adult pro football that opened the dfb door for him now. This whole season he's been on call list or left out. I mean do you call up someone playing pro vs U19 only...........

Summer newcomer is the FCB derby hero in Unterhaching
"I should have heard something": Arp registers with Bayern

So far, things weren't going well for Fiete Arp at Bayern. Sick, injured, goalless - the young attacker spoke up for the first time on Friday evening at the third division local derby in Unterhaching.

    Fiete Arp
Fiete Arp was allowed to cheer in the Bayern jersey for the first time
In the summer of 2019, Arp switched from Hamburger SV to Munich, but the 20-year-old has not yet reached the professionals. He was twice in the matchday squad of FCB, but it has not yet been enough for an assignment. His start was also anything but easy, surgery on the scaphoid, then a small, bony detachment of the spoke in the left forearm - the first round was forgotten for Arp. Only 68 minutes in the 2-1 win in the 3rd division in mid-August in Halle were booked for him until the winter break.

Now the attacker is slowly fighting his way up. Meanwhile, Arp has made six appearances in Bavaria's third division team, in Unterhaching he was in the starting line-up for the second time - and then in the spotlight. Arp scored the goal of the day in the 1-0 win in the 24th minute when he refined a cross from Woo-Yeong Jeong on the short post with the winning goal.

"I was glad that I was there this time," said Arp in front of the MagentaSport microphone after his first goal in the Bayern jersey. He was pleased "that one goal was enough for the three points today," said Arp, "otherwise I probably would have had to listen to something else, for a few other scenes." He alluded to his opportunity in the 71st minute when he appeared alone in front of Haching keeper Mantl, who missed 2-0.

"Dirty Gate" ends Arp's peat lull
"Of course it's good," he said after his first goal, which was typical of his situation with the Munich team so far. "You can also see from the creation of the gate that it had to be such a dirty gate," said Arp, "that I leave the big things behind so that I can put something in there." In the end, he helped FCB II to three in Unterhaching, built the SpVgg jump to first place and thus finally registered with the Munich team.

I hope Bayern II plays Arp more and more in XI. How else is he supposed to get back into it? by playing him as a sub? Arp has a shit ton more potential than Wriedt and 6 years younger too and unlike Wriedt, Arp will still be Bayern tied come Summer time and with 9 pts away from safety, What do you gotta lose? Today they beat a team tied with 1st in pts.

    Kastenmeier criticizes Referee Stieler
Fortuna's penalty annoyance: "What do we have the video referee for?"

Handing over the first home win under Uwe Rösler, not shortening the gap to Hertha BSC: At Fortuna Düsseldorf, frustration dominated on Friday evening - including a referee decision.

Florian Kastenmeier complained to the referee team after the final whistle
Need for discussion: Florian Kastenmeier complained to the referee team after the final whistle.imago images
"I'm just on the biscuit," rumbled Fortuna's goalkeeper Florian Kastenmeier after the whistle of the turbulent game at "DAZN". This meant the penalty whistle that led to the 3: 3 final result. Hertha striker Krzysztof Piatek had walked alone to Kastenmeier and had put the ball past the keeper. He touched the ball lightly, pulling the Pole off his feet. Referee Tobias Stieler pointed to the point, even the video referee did not intervene.

A fact that boxed me on the palm. "I told him to watch it," said the Fortuna keeper, raising the question visibly upset: "What do we have the video referee for?" Kastenmeier's view of the situation: "I clearly play the ball, then I clear it. I don't understand how it can be a penalty."

According to Stieler's opinion - and apparently that of video referee Marco Fritz - there was no reason to review the scene. "He said to me that I don't go to the ball and don't actively touch it," Kastenmeier explained the referee's reasoning.

    3: 3 after 3: 0: Düsseldorf is experiencing a historic slump
"That's how it is when you're in the bottom," summed up the goalkeeper, but also pointed out that the 3-0 break lead shouldn't have gotten that far. "We became far too passive in the second round," criticized Kastenmeier. For the first time since 1991, Fortuna again lost a 3-0 lead in the Bundesliga. At that time Düsseldorf even lost 3: 4 against VfL Bochum. After all, Kastenmeier & Co. was spared this turn on Friday evening. For the Rhinelander, this should be a rather weak consolation given the table situation.

-a correction, it's actually P.Dardai who scored today and not M.Dardai. Some seem to have made mistake. The Bros started to play together recently and M.Dardai seems to be jumping to adult football over U19. Still U19 eligible until Summer 2021.....

P.Dardai (7th). Seems likely headed for double digits in RL and likely to go higher level in Summer.

at this point, I expect lots of Hertha II players to jump ship in Summer besides all the ones who left in Winter. I expect, Baak, Kiprit (provisionally capped by Turkey), Ngankam, P.Darda to leave. Would be waste career wise for any of them to still be in RL.

-HR really wants to extend 98 CB Sonnenberg's 2021 contract. He seems into it and hopes to play higher level at some point.

-03 CF Matanovic this season up an age group for Pauli U19.
2 goals and 2 assists in 3 games.

1 assist vs Hertha U19 in 1-1 draw.
2 goals vs Magdeburg U19 in 4-3 win
1 assist vs Chemnitzer U19 in 4-2 win

96-A juniors fight 1-1 at VfL Wolsburg - Kocak watches and cheers Gudra up
Professional coach Kenan Kocak was there yesterday at the Bundesliga A juniors at Hannover 96, who fought a 1-1 (0-0) against VfL Wolfsburg. Kocak met U19 player Mick Gudra, who had appeared on walking aids after his cruciate ligament rupture.

A-junior coach Stephan Schmidt has done so in a convincing manner, his team fought relentlessly into injury time. Grace Honore Bolufe head-balanced in the last action, caught an extended flank. Men's coach Kenan Kocak met Mick Gudra during the offensive talent game, who contracted a cruciate ligament in the professional training session at Hannover 96 earlier this month. Kocak must have given the youngster courage.

    Schmidt satisfied
"The team with six players of the younger age group rewarded themselves for their spirit," praised Schmidt. Lenn Jastremski had dusted 1-0 (66th). VfL remains second, 96 is sixth.

It's impressive how H96 U19 have been doing WITHOUT Stehle, Gudra and Walbrecht. Trashing Dynamo 4-1 and then 1-1 vs Wolfsburg. The 3 missing players is due to
-Stehle moved up to 1st team+pro contract
-Gudra, injured but seems headed to pro contract
-Walbrecht, already jumped to RL during the season and also 1st team prospect.

would be curious to know who from U19 does Kocak rate? As now some 02s are benefiting from others's absence and getting more game time.

and Wolfsburg's Jastremski keeps scoring, wonder if'll do what Herrmann failed and make the 1st team? Last season in U19, the younger Jastremski was already outshining Herrmann. He still has time to hit 20+ in the league.
