If they actually do it, the street sign could be a theme for lots of team store swag (and they better mount the real sign(s) with some serious anti-theft hardware)

 

Great idea. They should make extra street signs of the same quality as the real deal. And sell them in the team store.

 

I have now lobbied for this with the FO. They never listen to me, though.

 

Tell them teams in England sell stadium street signs. They will jump right on it.

The renaming has to go through a public vetting process, so this might rouse Nancy Thomas from her stupor.

 

I have a stadium sign from SV Waldhof I picked up from a sperrmüll in Manheim (back in '94, or so).

 

The City of San Jose could retail old street signs after their service life has expired. But of course they don't.

I can't think of any other option. It has to be this.

I’m reading that Governor Gavin Newsom is wanting to suspend all sports until at least Thanksgiving.

if that’s the case, will Wondo rethink his decision to retire and come back for another year? I mean I don’t think he will have been injured lately...
