Fanatics has a really odd algorithm for "top sellers" but as of *right now* ranking the teams by top selling jerseys:

    1. Atlanta
    2. LAFC
    3. Seattle
    4. Miami
    5. Minnesota
    6. RBNY
    7. Portland
    8. Nashville
    9. Chicago
    10. KC
    11. DC
    12. Philly.

Teams should just rotate their shorts look for variety. The Colorado away shirt from last year would actually look great if they went with maroon shorts.

Any way to tell the breakdown of new Chicago jerseys being sold vs. old? I can't imagine that'd be something you could see as a consumer on the Fanatics site but I wouldn't think you could get a ranking of 'top sellers' by team either.

Yes, I'm a fan of the partial change to create a good contrast.

A little side note but Austin FC just announced YETI as their jersey sponsor for next year. That's going to be one of the "cooler" sponsors in the league hands down!

Their logo will look good on the front of a kit. Simple big block letters. Also lends itself to green and black really well.

Their algorithm is really screwy, tbh, so I wouldn't really take it all that seriously, but you can definitely tell that certain teams (MIA, SEA, ATL, LAFC) stuff sells way better than others. I have to laugh at all the "No one is going to buy the new stuff" tweets from Fire fans considering Fire gear sales have always been really poor.

It wouldn't surprise me at all if a lot of those are wrong. The "Bomb Pop" USA jersey in the 2014 game had blue shorts and it drove me nuts.

100%, but a couple of the options (however wrong) were pretty cool. its easy to picture etcheverry in the kit, but i fully expect the reality will be black/black/black.

I saw a couple NYC fans tonight who have their team's new 2020 jerseys. Is anyone else finding the for sale anywhere. MLS Store says they aren't likely to ship until the day before the season starts. Have some jerseys started showing up in stores?

They have new jerseys in the Dynamo team store. Well, they did anyway. I don't know if they ran out or not.

like, the actual physical one? The Fire's only store right now is at their rec league dome, and really seems behind in getting new items in. Sold out of all the scarves and stuff when I checked a couple weeks ago too.

Yes, the physical store at the team headquarters.

Minnesota's stadium store and online store have had them since unveiling. I know a few people who ordered online have already received them as well.

I don't go to the Rapids store out in the plague infested prairie except during games. But I'm not a jersey wearer either; just t-shirts and hats and stuff.

Montreal played in Costa Rica with their away greys. Not bad. Paired with white shorts and socks.

Black shorts would be an upgrade, though probably just because gray/black/gray would match one of the youth teams I played on growing up.

Criminal that there’s not even a hint of blue anywhere in that kit.

I think this is the first official team acknowledgement of the Fire's new secondary, which is also showing up in the team's online store for the first time. I think the new primary is fine, but this one is just lazy....

it's an adidas thing for teams that do short turnaround orders...See Houston and RBNY's 2006 kits as well as Cinci's last year.

Not entirely adidas-specific too. Take a look at Canada's current away jersey from Nike--straight off the rack.

Having the team do a promo with the Plain White T's was a brilliant idea though.

Yeah, everyone on the team forum and reddit and twitter has talked about the short turnaround, etc etc, but jeez, color in the adidas stripes, MLS logo, or something - it's not like it has to have 0 personality by default. Thankfully it's just for this season.

I did appreciate the tie-in, at least they're having fun with it. The marketing team has been top notch the past few months, honestly.

Was surprised by how good I thought DCU looked this afternoon. I think they’re the only team where those goofy adidas shoulder stripes make sense to me, that and the red shorts really gave them a nice late 90s vibe this afternoon.
