She hates soccer. Funny enough we just got in an argument. Our son will not do a St Patrick’s day school play. Drop dead refuses. I’m a proud dad tear in my eye. I am sleeping on the couch right now.
I think there's an opportunity for a clothing sponsor there. I imagine if there's a men's wear shop or bespoke suit maker in Columbus, they could do great business simply by doing a feature called "How to get a properly sized suit with Neil Sika." They could then film a consulting and fitting session with Neil, teaching him how a suit should fit. Because they're a Crew sponsor, they could provide Neil with a selection of suits and require him to wear these properly fitting suits during broadcast because they're a sponsor. Neil, if your blazer is so tight that it creates X-shaped folds when you button it, either get a proper blazer or at least refrain from buttoning it.
No BeIn. Telemundo Chicago is there though. Never seen much soccer on it though. I still use friends cable login to stream UniMas, TUDN, and Telemundo from my Apple TV.
I heard from a co-worker that BeIn is avaialble OTA in Columbus. Haven't verified, but he's generally trustworthy.
Supposedly launched here in January. Either on channel 17.2 or 24.3. I haven't tried looking for this yet, but I do have an OTA antenna. I'll see if I have luck finding it this weekend.
I don’t see it on a list of OTA channels and I haven’t seen it on a channel scan from my house in Hilliard. I’m going to call that Fake News until someone can prove otherwise.
It’s on, 17.2. At the moment, they’re showing a replay of last September’s Real Madrid-Levante match. Called by that dynamic duo, Phil Schoen and Ray Hudson!! Just watched two goals by RM and got to hear Hudson’s rhapsodic color commentary (the cross was magisterial; Benzema is ‘as cool as a polar bear’s toenail’).
That BeIn channel isn’t the real BeIn. Its BeIn Extra. So you’ll get the La Liga and Ligue 1 games that are on the overflow channels. Not sure how the Real Madrid game made it on there. Maybe just the replays for the big teams, but nothing live. Can get BeIn Extra on Roku for free as well.
Can they teach him to color coordinate also ? Otherwise he would still look like a clown in a properly fitting suit
If they aren't doing something to get Neil into a properly fitted suit, then they aren't using their sponsorship dollars wisely. Because people like me who actually have to buy suits might associate their sponsorship with his ill-fitting suits.
Yeah, Neill always looks like he's wearing a bullet proof vest under his jacket. How much trouble is it to buy an inexpensive but properly fitting blazer each year?
