We are discussing 100M player, who barely featured up to this point and we are already near march. As cherry on top, he is re-injured and probably we are talking about 2 weeks plus at minimum - which is probably conservative estimate. Add to that time needed for building match fitness and form and we will already be in may. Somehow i doubt we will see "prime Hazard" this season. He already is a massive bust. No question about that.

Sorry, but I have a hard time realising Hazard is playing for us, most times he is working against us. When Vinicius came on, the gamepace went instantly up. Maybe Hazard wasnt ready too play at all, he didnt do a single run, look at his 1 on 1 with their keeper, he lost against their 2 defenders. Hazard was getting there, until he got injured again, times running out.

That’s fair enough but IMO Benz cannot continue to be the undisputed 9 on this team, we cannot rely on him to produce for a whole season , I don’t care how well he “links up” play, but, this is what I fear if ZZ remains the coach, for me this is a problem we need a striker and I’m not talking about Mbappe, if he were to arrive Benz would probably still be an undisputed starter , it must be that Benz has to properly fight for his place with Jovic next season, no preferential treatment

Ref made Benz and Hazard play like utter shit and caused us to not score a goal. As bad as the ref was, players should be putting heat on themselves.

We did play good game except finishing.They scored , probably once in a lifetime goal ,from one shot on goal they had. I mean , people so quickly forget last year, we are in transition, we still recovering from a loss of one of the best goal scoring machines ever to play this game( it was time, sooner or later it wouldve happened), people overreacting, we are on the right path, even if we do not win anything this season.
You can blame Zidane for not giving a pure talented 9 more than 10-15 minutes left and right and one game every 2-3 months... And once he scores in those 10 minutes you let him on the side... What is this?
What it should be in next 2 games: Vini-Jovic Isco-Kroos-Case-Valverde Mendy Reality: Benzema and Bale competing who can go the longest without scoring. Benz 2 goals in 880~mins Bale 2 goals in 900ish mins. Grand total of 4 goals in last 1800 mins.
I think you can apportion some of the blame to ZZ for “ always” playing Benz no matter his performances game after game, he’s been in this slump for awhile now afterall, and that’s not just this season, it’s happened before, ZZ lives and dies by Benz, but I don’t think that is always good for the team
