Jeong was playing for Bayern's second team for awhile. They still haven't quite given up on him yet.

JWY's a Freiburg player on loan to BM II, but he was on BM's bench vs SCF.

BM has the right to buy him back. He's been doing well with BM II apparently.

Good amount of assists with them despite playing for half a season for them. Hopefully he plays the next match

Just before the transfer window has closed, Bayern Munich has brought a familiar face back to Säbener Straße. Wooyeong Jeong, who has recently won the U23 Asian championship with South Korea, will be loaned by the Bundesliga club SC Freiburg until summer and will play for Rekordmeister’s second team in the 3.Liga.

According to FCBayern’s official release, campus director Jochen Sauer was pleased by Jeong’s return and he sees him as a good alternative for the offense.

    Sorry for messing up.

Bayern's second team is ranked first in 3. Liga btw. And they won't be able to get to 2. Bundesliga as a second team, so that's the best they can ever reach.

Since being back there he played all 13 3. Liga matches (starting 7 of them) except the last one (for being in the squad of the first team) and totaled 786 of possible 1080 minutes. Scored 1 goal and assisted 6 further ones. 4 match days to go (only 1 for the first team).

idk what the best outcome is for him. if BM likes him, they might buy him back but i doubt he'll play significant minutes for them.

had high hopes for JWY and KCH with streich but there doesn't seem to be much promise there for either of them in his first team plans.

Never know with BM. Looks like they are trusting in youth again. Alphonso Davies is shining as a youngster so who knows.

They’re bringing in Sane, doubt JWY will break into first team with the amount of wingers Bayern have.
