I predict this will turn out poorly. The surgery for a torn meniscus is routine and although recovery is a couple of months, you can pretty much return to full fitness. I feel like there is a high likelihood he reinjures it or worse because they are trying to get him back.
Very pleased to see he's back training of course, but dont be the least bit surprised if he's our next serious knee injury victim. I'll only rest easier re Diawara when he comes back, continues to play well and sees out the rest of this season unscathed.
