Oiii, by today's standards and all this years VAR standards, Sterling should have been red carded for that vicious nasty tackle. City gets away with so much crap others would not.
Var with late penalty to Aguerro award, the right one I think, but if so how the ******** did Ings not get one awarded...oh yeah that would have hurt scouse
and Jose was so happy before start, he is right to be pissed but still fun to watch him and tots get screwed
Heard Arlo talking about the pressure faced by new MU signings because of their worldwide fan base. Are they really “the biggest club in the world” anymore? They haven’t been competitive for the PL title since Sir Alex left, Madrid has been galacticly more successful in all competitions. In the US, I see way more Barcelona kits than United. Other than Pogba, they don’t seem to be the draw for the top players in the world they used to be. Maybe they’re just fading in the US with the increased exposure to other clubs that’s come with the rise of popularity of the PL in America thanks to the NBC deal.
Milan derby just went insane. Milan scores two goals, then Inter ties it within 5 minutes. ANd only 54 minutes have gone by.
Victor Moses sets up Romelu Lukaku for the winning goal in the Milan Derby. One part of that sentence is something I never thought I'd type.
Conte has transformed the team as I expected. But even I didn't think he would challenge Juve so soon.
hmm and a Serie A guy called me crazy, I'd pat myself on my own back but I underestimated Juve's patience, but February is not yet over
Top 5 the new target then? Citeh banned from ucl for two years. https://www.bbc.com/sport/football/51510284
Reasoning here: https://www.theguardian.com/footbal...er-city-ban-from-champions-league-europe-uefa Interesting.. isn't this the same shit I imagine Barfa and PSG get up to?
Barca no, but PSG yes. They prop up their finances with sponsorship deals from companies the owner own. The whole thing is a sham.
VAR quote of the day from a Wolves after Dean, The Ref, says he has no idea why goal disallowed or who off sides "he's the ref and he has no ********ing idea what is the call"
And Madrid, living off of the Spanish government for decades! The difference is though PSG, Barcelona and Madrid aren't English clubs so they will be fine.
And scouse get another Var approved goal; never mind it was the correct call... somebody put an end to the unbeaten nonsense already
You know, it was super funny hearing fans complain about us ruining the game. Even better is that it was the big clubs who was afraid of no longer being the hegemony. ANd let's not forget the comments that twat Platini always made. It does make me smile that he got done in for corruption. FWIW I do think elite clubs such as Bayern, Barca, Real etc were unnerved by Abramovich ‘parking his tanks on out lawn and firing £100 notes’ as David Dein memorably put it— Rob Draper (@draper_rob) February 15, 2020
If you could pick (from the clubs actually in danger), who would you want to see go down? Or, more positively stated, which clubs would you like to see stay up? Personally, I’m rooting for Norwich and Bournemouth. I’ve seen Norwich play a bunch this year and they’ve been game and entertaining every time, especially Pukki and Cantwell. I still love that Bournemouth plays PL games against Man City and Liverpool in front of 12k fans. We put three times that in Century Link for Sounders games. Up the Cherries. West Ham should go down for even being in that position in the first place. Happy to trade out Brighton, Villa, or Watford for new blood as well.
