I’d love to see how your agent pitches that to the festival bookers

Might be the one at 1:35 but all the highlights are good and worth listening to with sound.

Ok, Enochs'-- while a hell of a strike-- is a "hope and hit" kinda shot where you just put your laces through it and once in a blue moon it goes in. McBride's likely has no video evidence but if it's a bike, it's again a single motion that rarely pays off.

Gio beat *three* defenders on the dribble and then had a delicious moment with the last defender where for a quarter of a second, the defender freezes, not knowing if he should lunge in and get juked out of his socks (again) like his colleagues, or stand his ground or send him inside or outside. He, and Gio, both know he's effed and Gio, instead of dribbling the guy, senses an opening and *places* a curling shot so sweetly into the top corner that the keeper would've had to have been wildly out of position and standing within a few feet of the far post to save it.

It's an unbelievable goal and there's a good chance it'll go down as the best he ever scores. Unless someone finds some dusty VHS in some German basement somewhere of McBride's goal and we can see that video evidence, I'm putting this down as best ever American goal in the Pokal.

No Hazard or Reyna. Gonna be pretty narrow.

Could definitely envision Reyna saving them in the 2nd half from their lack of creation. Guerreiro ain't a 10. Good spot for Gio, potentially.

Haaland is such a good defender. Dortmund have shot up my favorite teams to watch list this season. Just a bunch of young, exciting players who all hustle and want to attack

Edit: And holy cow, Emre Can with a banger

Emre Can does his best Gio impression with a beautiful, bending strike from distance.

Gio on in the 45th. A whole half for the boy to show us more. Great opportunity.
