Fair enough. I expect Southgate will monitor Saka, Williams and Sessegnon closely over the next few weeks. I'm definitely leaning towards Saka too though. He just seems to have a bit more variety to his game.
I can’t see how Southgate can justifiably leave him out on this form. I mean who can Southgate say is playing better in his position without keeping a straight face, it’s impossible for him to leave him out imo.
Watch this space ... fully expecting him to select Linguard , Barkley and Dier maybe even Ox and his injuries
Dont be daft. Lingard, dier are well out of contention. I would take maddison, grealish, cho, sancho sterling and rashford as my attacking players with kane and abraham as the front two. That's a pretty frightening attacking group. Provided kane and rashford are fit. Hopefully cheek will be back in contention by then. Our defence is shit so we may as well outscore our opponents
I must have dreamt this headline then .. and a million similar ones over Southgate’s tenure Headline Defending Delph: Gareth Southgate’s comfort blanket Date published: Wednesday 13th November 2019 7:59
I wasn’t at all . I explained about the Henderson thing confusion atvyhe time and as regards Delph I just have a terrible memory - especially for names - can’t help that . Your comprehension needs some work .. As regards Delph - I even described what type of player and who he played for - just his name escaped me at the time .
What is actually wrong with using Delph? Experience isn't worthless. City certainly looked a better side with him in their squad.
