I agree 100% . Florenzi was out of the lineup for weeks, then came back in for crucial games and has hurt us. Kolarov, I love him. He scores but he cant defend....at all. Hes a perfect rotational/back up. He has experience, can attack, and can score. Spina needs to start and gain confidence. Florenzi needs to go. He was decent before his injury and has become utter crap the past few seasons. He cant defend, he cant cross, he moves like a nonna. Guys were roma, if florenzi was what we hyped him, He woulda been sold years ago. A new RB is crucial. Pellegrini I really like him and I hope he stays with us for a very long time. He has had some great games and alot of games where he was a ghost, but had a moment of magic with an assist and we forgot about his entire performance. Hes young, italian, and player with great potential. I feel like the problem with him is hes not a work horse, hes not aggressive in regaining possesion, and lacks killer instinct at goal. If he can add those 3 things to his game hell be world class. I think we can use a player to rotate with him though, someone like castrovilli. We need a "bomber". We have two strikers that cant score. Dzeko does everything else good, but lacks consistency in scoring. We need to bring in a proven goal scorer, rotate him with dzeko. And get him ready for when dzeko needs to step back as the reserve.
I usually try to be optimistic, but I have a really bad feeling about the rest of the season right now. Fonseca weathered the first injury crisis very well. But you can't expect to ride your luck all the way. The loss of Zaniolo and Diawara are huge blows. Pastore and Miki never seem to be fit, you easily forget they are even on the team. Kalinic is just an awful vice-Dzeko. And Kolarov is playing basically every minute. We need a lot of help and I do not expect us to get anywhere near enough of it to sustain a run. We need a new attacker, a new midfielder and a new striker. That is so much to ask for in a winter window, where you never find deals and nobody is willing to part with their players.
We might as well bring back N’donkey, makes no sense to loan him out when we are scrambling for a midfielder. If someone wants to buy him out then sure, but a loan doesn’t seem worth it at the moment.
I dont not think an Attacker and a Striker is a lot to ask for, if i remember correctly we brought in El Shaarawy and Perotti on the same winter transfer window. for a midfielder you can have Nzonzi for the meantime. Cant agree more we definitely should bring back Nzonzi i prefer him over watching Cristante playing the defensive midfielder role.
#Roma in Spain to negotiate for #Januzaj: the latest https://t.co/okidSjcbfj— Pablito (@ilcano22) January 23, 2020 Too late
Why not play Antonucci? He was part of the 1st team for few matches i think. At least give him a chance,he cant be worse than Kalishit.
#Roma un’idea per la trequarti porta anche a #Paqueta. Il brasiliano è un profilo molto apprezzato dal tecnico giallorosso #Fonseca. Un gradimento che non è ancora sfociato in trattativa. #milan #sportitaliamercato— Gianluigi Longari (@Glongari) January 23, 2020 Fonseca like Paqueta I feel he is disoriented

There's three players that I think a new investor should look to bring in. It's just fantasy, but in league, I think these three could come in for under 100m total: Chiesa, Piatek, Castrovilli. I don't know many right backs, won't go there.
You miss his number one problem that is hard to fix unless and is humble enough to see it and admit to it. His mentality. You can tell he grew up soft.

Even then there's no guarantee he'll ever have the sort of intestinal fortitude that's required to be a killer. It's not really something that can be coached, you either have it or you don't. That's not to say a good coach can't coax it out of someone who has it but doesn't realize it or hasn't ever tapped into it. So does he have it lurking somewhere deep down in his gut? That's for Fonseca to figure out.
lol you're still giving him a hard time. He was the one good player you just grouped together in the axis sketchy deals. He would be a fine addition for us. He will end up playing for a big side.
