banking on military exemption through Olympics worked out well for Ryu SW anyways, what good is it .. even if he gets his "military exemption", his club career is derailed?
would be nice if you had the same optimism for this guy as you do for a has-been loser wasting away in Belgium.
they are only 1 yrs apart (98 vs 99). at least one is trying & acting professionally regardless of his situations. the other is doing nothing but fly to Korea.. also, Lee SW gave some memorable moments. JWY? hasn't impressed with KNT youth .. nor, do we know much of his EU career since none of us has seen him play in German 4th division (semi-pro)
lol, your lack of internal logical consistency and cherry-picking of facts to fit your contrarian inclinations is my fave part of this board. just one of a billion examples you've littered around this board -- if "memorable moments" suddenly have so much weight in your illogical calculus for rating players, why are you constantly shitting on JHW in favor of other keepers who have done nothing but give us bad memories? ...big fan of your twitter, btw!
on what? JHW - 2018 WC KSG - 2014 WC what's the difference? i wasn't impressed by either w/ KNT getting knocked out in 1st rd. if you find JHW at 2018 was better.. well, that's your opinion. KSG at 2014 WC wasn't worse but i find his club performance to be better. JSR? - 2010 WC... don't care how much you guys ridicule him. i thought he was decent and Korea progressed to rd of 16. also, he has been nothing but exceptional in J League. he alone, cutting goals in half for Kawasaki. he has a lot of bad moments but also had some positives (olympics & 2010 WC for me) while other two are nothing but avg to below avg when it comes to "moments". like i said, Lee SW has his memorable moments. atm, Jeong WY has provide absolutely none. even with youth/U23, is he better over Um WS? does Jeong WY have any data as 1st team player? practically none...
Understood. For those of you watching, two takeaways here: 1. Clean sheet against desperate holders Germany with 10+ unreal saves = facing barely any shots against 10-man Belgium B team playing for virtually nothing. "No difference" he says. Ok. 2. "Memorable moment" in u23 asian games now enough to shoot you to top of takeuchi's list. I'm genuinely curious. Do you actually deny that you're a contrarian?
Lsw acts professionally ? memorable moments for a u23 competition in Asia? But at the same time u critic hwang eui jo for scoring a lot in this tournament ??? You are extremely biased bro, especially your Twitter, it’s quite shocking.
1. ten unreal saves? majority of his saves vs Germany were from his poor kicks straight to German players. he was saving his own butt were they impressive saves? okay.. but still, both got knocked out in knockout stage. nothing to be impressive about. not a fan of either GK but i prefer the guy who kicks it out of bounds over guy who kicks it straight to opposition. as for saves in general, errors... they are about equal imo. their senior NT careers are pretty disappointing overall 2. "memorable moments"? in U23 Asian Games? i didn't even mention that since i find it as worthless tournament... I was thinking more of U17 WC and U20 WC. Jeong WY atm has practically none as youth or senior player. he is more or less unknown player. what's wrong to be optimistic over someone who has shown something over someone who i don't have a clue except constantly flies back to Korea?
Freiburg manager Christian Streich more or less confirms that Jeong Woo-yeong will play in the U-23 AFC Championship next month. Korea need to advance to the semi-final to qualify for the Olympics. Streich is expecting Jeong back after the quarter-finals.https://t.co/sPeY44ROE0— Steve Han • 한만성 (@realstevescores) December 13, 2019
Changhoon Kwon convinced in the training camp of SC Freiburg in Spain and is now a starting candidate for the second half of the Bundesliga. It starts for the SC on Saturday in Mainz. https://www.badische-zeitung.de/fue...as-warten-vielleicht-ein-ende--181417407.html
I hope his form will continue. We need him in the WC qual. I remember STY said that Kwon can able SHM.

his celebration didn't seem too positive but the crowd seemed to be loudly cheering for the goal so i don't wanna read too much into it
Freiburg's sporting director had insisted on Kwon Chang Hoon coming and Streich says that he was right https://t.co/mVBfHGSr2H— Korean Footballers (@KoreaFootAbroad) January 24, 2020 https://www.swr.de/sport/fussball/s...esliga,artikel-sc-freiburg-paderborn-100.html Use Chrome to translate.
