    This This This.

TBH if CHO comes around it helps Pulisic if it means Lampard feels confident with the two as his starters. They probably still bring in someone on the wing for depth, but the type of money they spend on the wing could be much much less if he feels confident in the two of them.

Nope just responding to a mentality that some players have about flexibility/stretching.

How would his teammates even know of this “drama”?

    And what is this "drama?"

I think the drama is when people believe Pulisic is better than other people think he is. That’s “the drama.” The latter think the former are hysterical, creating the drama.

He was talking about US drama affecting his relationship with his teamates. This implies his teamates are reading this thread (unless CP is involved in some other US drama I'm unaware of). I don't think so.

There's certainly drama in this thread from people dissecting body language, believing in conspiracies, going from extreme highs to extreme lows from game to game, etc... Some are truly hysterical in this thread, but not just because they think

very few are hysterical because they think...

    That, perhaps, is the point.

I would find that surprising. Interesting.

IMO CHO has a run of terrible games but his last two he looked pretty solid. Different kind of player than Pulisic, doesn’t really make runs, tends to kind camp out waiting on the ball, off the ball movement is poor. He has a much bigger basket of passing options, and is just a better passer re the long ball. He has some interesting tricks and reminds me a bit of a poor mans Sancho. Pulisic is much more direct. I think they are complimentary players.

Could he force CP out, possibly, but I think the better question is who does Lampard prefer on the left, Willian or Pulisic? Then the question is who does Lampard prefer on the right? Willian or CHO? However when Sancho gets there, if he gets there, that could be a significant issue.

All I know is that people over there are excited with the possibility of an all-English front four for Chelsea.

And this is why I'm not worried. If Chelsea wants to go another direction, Pulisic can contribute and score goals/assists on any team in the world.

I'd love to see Pulisic replacing/benching the likes of Messi on a big club outside of Chelsea. It remains to be seen if he is good enough to do this.

yeah, what else could that post have meant? you totally gave it the most reasonable interpretation and didn’t at all suggest a stronger meaning than was intended just to erect a straw man to knock down. Not at all.

    This thread gives me life.

Also, I think it’s important to ask, Pulisic or Garrincha?
