Lyon is pretty good at developing attacking talent. Would be interesting how he does... if he plays of course.

Lyon been wanting him since awhile back, they think it’s a perfect opportunity to take him and have him permanently, I think it’s a good move

Don't like it just because he'll leave Spain and delay his euro passport. We all know how important that is. Ask Ochoa.

There is no guarantee that he'll be 3 years in france, he should look for a team within La Liga, that euro passport will open many more doors in the future.

Yeah, but Chivas has been so bad, they can't afford to give him shit for that and if they do, isn't he a free agent this summer?

He's not a free agent next summer apparently he's got 2 more years of contract.

Also hearing that his agent is working on sending him on loan to Sevilla for 6 month.

If I’m not mistaken it’s 6-7 years to get French citizenship. In Spain it’s 2 so...

To be honest I don't think I would be too upset if he didn't go in this window. I kinda want to see if this Chivas team can perform.

I think Macias is the one pushing for the move to Europe. Chivas should loan him to the team that made the offer, with the option to buy at chivas' asking price.

I think Macías is ready for Europe. The more he stays in Mexico, the harder it is to leave, see: Guzmán, Víctor

I agree with both of you, but i'm trying to mentally prepare myself for the worst in case January looks more like the same saga we went through with Pizarro.

Looks like Jurado had an offer from Besiktas for 2 mill but tiburones wanted 6 mill. And now he's at Cruz azul.

Disappointing. Especially 'cause it's freaking Cruz Azul.

May be in the minority but I don't think Macías is ready for Europe. He doesn’t consistently see the score sheet once you take away penalties.

The hype on him is strong though. Worked for Guti, might work for him too.

Macias should go to Ajax or just stay at Chivas.

Ajax isn't the end all be all for clubs in Europe. Even the young guys that have gone for trials with them are going to have to fight for a spot because their academy is so deep at the moment.

I am aware of their reputation, but there are other clubs where they can ply their trade while getting experience, and getting comfortable in a European team.

I think we all know this but Ajax and and Real Sociedad were the clubs who were listed as making an official offer.

And if it’s between those to clubs...Ajax it is.

SC Braga fire Sa Pinto and Pedro Caixinha linked with the job

Due to the current Mexican market prices, I don't think braga would be able to sign any Mexican players. It'll be difficult for them, unless they have some type of reserve
