I think the Gomes situation is because he is digging his heels in over not signing a new contract. At least that's what a lot of United fans think. Personally I think it's good that he's refusing to sign as Solskjaer treated him badly even before it got to this stage and showed little faith in him. Unfortunately it will just mean a little short term pain regarding his minutes.
The feeling is that he's going to leave on a free at the end of the season and is being frozen out. Just needs to pick the right club, not City or Barca etc.

what ever Foden does or show in the coming weeks, i still doubt to be no.1 choice above D.Sivla ,B.Silva or DB. He's only a back up for them unless he joins another club to see him starts weekly
