Never heard of him but the more Colombians are out there the better. We have been having many world class players the past 5 years, I'm sure some of these young kids will get there too. Wish him luck.

According from what I saw from him in Colombia, he is very talented. I think Genoa brought him for $2.5m.

I like what I have seen in highlights. Can do very subtle moves but seems quick in both his hustle and decision making.
Not sure how they will use him in Italy but it will be interesting so see how he develops.

“Assist” it’s a little bit of an overstatement

great tackling and super lucky bounce. He started which is awesome. Hopefully he has a good seasons and our Olympic team might have a shot

He was very, very good in the match besides that accidental assist.

That said, the success of the Olympic will, in no way, rest on this kid's shoulders.

I hope Agudelo keeps getting the start. This guy has a good all around game. I can imagine him with Alzate and Tello controlling the midfield in the future.

    Not bad.
A couple of bad passes here and there but he hustles to recover the ball back each time.
Has good potential to be a James backup from what I see.

He's pretty good, he works hard defensively too and has a good all round game. We should be breading him as another #8 since I think he has all the qualities to play there, good going forward but has the defensive work ethic to play in a box to box role that we need. Alzate and Aguedelo should be being groomed as the deputies for the Uribe and Cuadrado role, these are the players we desperately need so they should have a path into the NT over the next few years if they keep progressing.

He played as 8 in their last match. Wasn't nearly as good as when he plays in advanced role, even though he does have the tenacity you want from that position.

Whenever I watch, he makes me think of a much more lively Cucho...

It's gonna take him a while because he's played as a 10 most of his career up to this point I think? We have a bit of problem in Colombia because we've always fell in love with 10's and teams in Colombia continue to utilize them. Problem is pure 10's have become fairly obsolete in modern football due to tactical evolution. You can see the problems James has had at club level because you have to design your formation around a 10 and lots of coaches don't want to do it. We'd be much better off training our players to be 8's, forwards or wide forwards it would give them a much better platform to succeed. If you're a good 8 you can always adapt to play as a 10 in a system that needs it, but in the modern game midfielders need to know how to defend and it seems like Agudelo naturally has a good knack for it and is in Italy he'll no doubt get the right coaching to get him there. It's our weakest area for the NT so getting young guys in that position early is very good for us, because as well if you're a Colombian 10 not only is it going to be tougher for you to transition to Europe but also for the NT you're going to have to wait out Quintero and James because those two are very likely to be given that spot for the next 4-5 years.

It will be interesting to see how Reyes uses him in the Sub23.
That may be very telling as to how Queiroz will want to use him.
