He should come back to K-League and bask in glory and help out the Korean football instead of riding wood in England.
Ki Sung-Yueng’s (기성용) father recently did an interview with KBS Sports and there were a lot of interesting talking points.Firstly, Ki is currently looking to move to a new club in January and will most likely stay in Europe. I actually forgot all about Ki not even joking I don't ever recall in all my following where one single player managed to steal ALL of the light madness
david came on for muto at 53' in a draw against rochdale in the FA Cup. https://streamja.com/7zBr ki in a competitive match for the first time since 9/29/19
He should come back to Korea and enjoy the limelight. I'd hate to see him struggle in some backwater team or end up in middleeast. Can't believe the Double Dragons are in their twilight years...
They could have done that at any time. That it only happens now means that there were no offers which is bad news. In any case hope to see him play again.
Ki's had a great career in Europe and represented Korea well. Thank you Captain Ki. I hope he goes where he wants to go and gets as much money as possible for him and his family.
There is a condition in which Ki can only sign contract with non-UEFA clubs. As he won't return to K-League (https://m.sports.naver.com/news.nhn?oid=076&aid=0003529907), he will likely head into MLS or Middle East.
