True. Might come down to whether they are willing to let Ole go early enough in the season that they can still grab 4th under a proven manager.

Mourinho has a better chance of taking over United again than he does of ever being hired back in Madrid. Not to mention, Florentino already has our next coach lined up in Castilla.

    So Neymar as a 10?

We would need two workhorses in the midfield.

We need that even if we bring Pogba for the midfield IMO, Casemiro and either Luka if he can regain his best form ( not really a workhorse but at his best works really hard both with and without the ball) Fede or VDB if we get him

The difference with and without De Jong is incredible. Midfield has no creativity now with Blind, Marín/Mazraoui and Vd Beek.

Well there was no way they could buy a midfielder who could replace frenkie 1 on 1.

Blind is having a shocker and Ten Haag has VdB and the other mid playing too far off of Blind. He is isolated. PAOK physically superior though, their forwards are all huge. Dangerous on setpices.

Vdb always played/plays like that, advanced position, but they don't have De jong now carrying/passing the ball between the lines finding players like vdb, tadic who occupy that space.

Expect a better half of ajax, would bring in neres, mazraoui out and ziyech in midfield to add some creativity, neres as rw.

Wayne Rooney signs for Derby County

He is joining them on 1st December. My lot play home to Derby in late December. Shame, would have been nice to see Wayne playing.

He already left the field pretty early, but damn has Dolberg fallen off that a 35 year old Huntelaar is the better choice. Ajax must be kicking themselves that they didn't take Monaco's offer a couple of years back. It seems no amount of playing time is going to get his price to that point, every game just makes it go lower.

Can't remember a player who has devolved as much as him while not being in the late stage of their career.

Selling Schöne doesn't help their ball circulation either. Not a fan of his, but both him and De Jong were pretty much in charge of rolling the ball around the team.

Spurs have been linked to Dybala, Coutinho, Bruno, and Lo Celso all within the last 48 hours.

    Seems fishy

Lukaku apparently stayed to train with Anderlecht and refused to return to Manchester in order to force a move. Is he still Raiola's client? I think he ditched him last year to join Jay Z's Roc Nation.

I thought Cancelo was very highly rated and one of he best RB past season. Juventus seems to be in bad financial situation in order to change him for Danilo + money...
