OK, small dollars. I got that wrong. But I'm sticking with stupid-ass Americans. That part has gotta be right.

Something I noticed in my travels is there are less/fewer RR grade crossings in the Northeast. My travels in Ill, Fla, and Ca were scary to say the least w/body parts strewn about. :ninja:

Huh? You mean there were fewer grade crossing in the NE than there were in Florida? That's doesn't make sense.

I'm kinda going by how many "Memorials" I counted at RR [pronounced "Arr Arr"] road crossings. :)

Side note....whenever I was on a RR right of way I always carried my Fox 40 to be employed if my melodious voice was insufficient as a warning of incoming Choo Choos!

I only been at one at grade crossing in the DC area and the only reason that line is being used is to reduce the number of trains using the tunnel near the Capitol.

That wasn't even his first run in with the law in 2010 he pulled up angrily to a family, pulled a gun and threatened to shoot them. He was arrested and charged with that crime. Makes it even more odd why the Judge released him without bail.

Agreed. Not removing your hat? That is some psychopathology there.
Oh, you meant the other guy?

[For the record, I think removing one's hat for the national anthem is stupid.]

The radio just reported that the psychopath's lawyer says he did it because said psychopath thought it was what President Trump would have wanted him to do.

That seems to be his defense. Innocent by reason of ... ?

But somewhere else out there there's another psycho who did some crazy, violent shit, and there was one time he didn't wipe his ass with a newspaper that had Obama's photo, so there's your proof, The Left is equally guilty.

    BOFE sides do it!

Gwan, go ahead and fact-check me, I dare ya!

    https://www.washingtonpost.com/nati...-wore-hat-during-national-anthem-lawyer-says/

An attorney for the Montana man accused of slamming a 13-year-old boy’s head into the ground for not removing his hat during the national anthem says President Trump’s “rhetoric” is partially to blame for his client’s actions. . . .

    {background exposition snipped}
. . . The man’s attorney, Lance Jasper, told the Missoulian on Wednesday that his client is a U.S. Army veteran who was honorably discharged for disability after sustaining a traumatic brain injury in 2000 while on active duty in Fort Lewis, Wash. As a result, Jasper said, Brockway believed he was following orders from “his commander in chief” while attacking the teenager.

“[President Trump] is telling people that if they kneel, they should be fired, or if they burn a flag, they should be punished,” Jasper told the Missoulian. “He certainly didn’t understand it was a crime”

Jasper did not return several phone calls from The Washington Post requesting comment on the case Thursday. Army Human Resources Command did not immediately return a request to verify Brockway’s service record.

Yup. Assumed he was former military.
Also figured something happened (PTSD, etc) to have him go off like that. He's got TBI, yet the judicial system wants to treat him as a criminal.

A whole new area of criminal defense law is opening up thanks to Donnie. The Trump Defense. Like the Twinkie Defense just with far more calories and covered in Cheeto dust
