24 yds with an angle Ochoa would have eaten up. Just a waste of runners

We look good tonight. Unfortunate not to be up a goal.

Morris over Boyd seems to maybe be the only pregame decision Egg got wrong. Arguably.

We need more from McKennie in the second half.

Pizarro might be okay - in the sense that he still might be grieviously hurt, but they'll numb him up and he won't get a proper MRI until after the game.

    Sports medicine!

Frustrating not to be ahead after those chances. Just gotta hope we keep getting them.

Not too bad at all....energy is great....had 3 good chances.....defense is 'ok' but need to tighten up

    McKennie has been invisible.

3G needs to find ways to get McKennie and Pulisic in this game more.

I have no doubt he will try, but I just don't see him being able to do that without making a mistake. Hope you are correct though.

Gotta finish your chances. That’s all.

Morris and Arriola aren’t bringing enough quality in their respective positions, but that’s nit-picking. Everyone else is playing well enough to win this.

    Gotta finish your chances.

I'm a goal snob, but that was still a good half in spite of being 1 v. 1. No shortage of chances, big stops, and tension.

From the U.S.' perspective I'll take it. Just wish Jozy would have finished the best chance of the match.

Generally the right approach by Berhalter to not fiddle w/ the ball in the back and instead try to play long unless the opening was clear. Though I think the cb's could be more aggressive at times. Too bound to the gameplan instead of improvising.

We had chances. Should be ahead. Looking good. Jozy is alive!? Ball not dying with MB and they can't cross past MM and Long. I don't want to see PK's. I think we convert before them and bring it on home.

Just FYI, if Roldan comes on for Morris instead of Boyd, I'm going to commit seppuku

Well, that was maybe the most fun I’ve had watching USMNT in about a decade.

Ream looks like a completely different player tonight. Playing solid.

Does Big Arreolas ever get tired? Damn that guy can run.

The way his arm was already bruising up, I wouldn't be surprised if he's fractured or broken his radial. I did that last year, and it was awful...

GB has our boys playing well. Let's see adjustments. Pull Morris, no other changes really.

For the 1st time the GB regime has me excited.

Absolutely. Too often he doesn’t see the pass and tries dribbling through instead

Morris never should of started over Boyd.

Morris has added nothing. McKennie needs to be more active. MB90 is, as expected, worthless as most of the Mexican threats have come from his area.

    First half ratings....

Steffen 7 his playing at the back is improved this game

Cannon 9 he’s been a monster so far

Long 6 under fire but holding his own. Need a better second half

    Miazga 7 playing on fire

Ream 8 his distribution this game has been ridiculous.

Bradley 8 he’s not walking around today. This is how you want Bradley to play everyday.

McKennie 7 playing simple but keeping the spine protected.

Morris 4 only player who has been subpar

Pulisic 7 want him to find the game more but he’s on another level when he finds it.

Arriola 9 working his damn ass off

Altidore 6.5 hold up play is otherworldly but we need him to finish his chances.
