Well, no-one talks about her, but I guess our LB Alia Guagni has having an heck of a tournament!

It's true, though, that, as @BarryfromEastenders mentioned, Van de Sanden was quite bad vs Japan also, when Sameshima basically erased her.

Well, it looks like they're doing something more than just surviving.

Although not converting their chances will result in Italy probably matching Japan's destiny...

 

She came into the World Cup as second choice behind van Es. I thought van Es was poor against Cameroon and van Dongen was great against Canada; so, I was fine with the switch. However, van Dongen really has had a rough first half.

 

I have a colleague in Phoenix and she's echoed your sentiments. The thing is we get that unbearable humidity at all times of the day. If last year is any indication, this won't end until mid September.

True, I have friends in Florida and have visited in July.
