Tietz deserves to finally play 2BL but he wasted last season in 3rd Liga. and lyoha, 3 loans in 3 seasons, sheesh with the lack of trust and desire to integrate a player. During the season he goes back to 1BL he'll turn 24 years old. Then comes the question of who kind of role he'll play with Fortuna (assuming they survive next year) in 2020-2021? And how long is his leash before they axe him? Does he get one season or more? Seriously Funkel is shit at integration due to having no trust in players as he wants more experience. have to say the career path of Tietz and lyoha are exactly the ones I tend to find annoying as hell. Nothing but years wasted in lower levels and by the time they are even relevant (if ever), they are already past their mid-20s, as in 25+. both are still youth NT eligible if Germany makes the Olympics.

98-Amenyido, Euschen, Stark (according to Pauli he's a 1st team prospect) 99-Vujinovic 00-Batmaz, Kother, Owusu although Massimo can play CF, I don't believe Stuttgart seems him as one more likely to be seen and played as a Winger. Another note I suspect that Vujinovic, Kother, Owusu might struggle to get any chances next season. Doesn't help one bit that Vujinovic, Kother and Batmaz are all in the same club. Could see some loans. Also the reason 00 are light in 2BL is because almost are the rated ones will be basically 1BL/RL or RL/1BL, a lot of 00 strikers seem rated by their clubs and not far off the 1st teams. Others will be RL who have to impress there and later on change clubs. And a pretty decent amount of them are skipping RL and going to 3rd Liga, which leaves 2BL bare. 99s far more likely to make some career progress between now and next Summer. Of course as you stated, it's for now only, there is like another 2 months in transfer market. 98-Jannik Mause's trial at Aue so far has had him score 9 goals in 3 games I believe. He can also play winger which could help him land a gig there if not hopefully he finds a solid 3rd Liga club. I feel like if he fails it would be more due to lack of space over him.

He needs to stop going on loan to lower levels.

The EPL rumors never materialized for him, can't remember if there was any interest in Serie A for him or not. If Kruse didn't want to stay at Werder, then Eintracht Frankfurt would have probably been the best fit for him in the BL. Where he can still play some meaningful football. But yeah, looks like it's about the money and what should be his final career contract. He's also linked with the Chinese league where Sandro Wagner already is. I think he should avoid 1BL, don't think he's good enough for that yet. Majority of his goals in EPL2 were PKs and as a 22 year old he was older than a lot of players there. Eredivisie or 2BL is a better start and more likely to be given real game time. looks like both Teuchert and Ducksch might end up in 2BL at H96 season joining Weydandt. Makes sense both did not succeed in 1BL need to go back to 2BL. And likely because they don't play a role in their current clubs.
