Champions of Europe! What an amazing day. I’m on the train home now. There were Reds everywhere in NYC today and the bar was insane. Divock Origi has arguably scored our 4 biggest goals of the season. Everton, Newcastle, Barcelona, and tonight. It is unbelievable. He will forever be a legend even if he never scores another goal. Man of the match was Allison Becker. When you think back to his save against Napoli, his performance tonight, and the errors from the goalkeeper in Kiev, it’s obvious that he has made all the difference. For all of Spurs possession, they created precious little. Our back four were all on their game. It wasn’t a great performance, but it doesn’t matter. We deserved this. Liverpool have every right to claim that they were the best team in Europe this season.
