Spalletti would probably return if he made peace with Totti but I can't imagine those two working together.
And yet Roma fans (Totti fanboys) hate him because he hurt Totti’s feelings. How fcuking embarrassing.

Like with Conte and Mourinho rumours, ten Hag is very unrealistic. IMO, we should go with an Italian and as far as it's not Spalletti, I'll be more than happy!
...... I'm intrigued, but it seems rather unlikely. If he wants to bring his pals Ziyech and Tagliofico with him, that'd be cool. Onana would work too. I mean, hell, bring half the team if you can.
#SPAL Coach Leonardo Semplici has emerged as a new candidate to lead #ASRoma next season, after Antonio Conte turned them down https://t.co/q2lqBo1YjZ #SerieA pic.twitter.com/mB0GsAPglR— Football Italia (@footballitalia) May 9, 2019 This seems more our style.
Agree ! I feel this is who we should push for. And someone who we can build a project with. Has done great with SPAL (very great against us too...)
He is another mediocre coach in Serie A, which is full of mediocre coaches nowadays. Paolo Fonseca on the other hand... "On 31 May 2016, Fonseca moved abroad for the first time in his career, replacing legendary Mircea Lucescu (12 seasons) at the helm of FC Shakhtar Donetsk and signing a two-year contract at the Ukrainian Premier League side.[17][18] He won the national championship in his first two seasons, also winning the double in 2016–17 – which earned him the distinction as the league's best coach[19]– and reaching the round of 16 of the 2017–18 UEFA Champions League[20] after finishing second in the group stage following a 2–1 home win over Premier League side Manchester City.[21] (Wikipedia)
Roma turn to Wenger as hunt for new coach intensifies https://t.co/vLgHYc8GNJ pic.twitter.com/gXC502SwGY— Total Italian Football (@SerieATotal) May 9, 2019 lol... who haven't we been linked to at this point?
Last time around, Sapletti stock was down and we brought him back or else he was going to stay retired or maybe join an Empoli to coach back. This time around, we will make sure he goes back to where he was supposed to be without us saving his coaching career like couple of years back. There is literally no top team I hear of getting linked with Sapletti, only some of his fanboys here bring it up.You feel like he won us Serie A title or sthg that he is so valued around here.
He had like what? 5 - 6 years at Roma? We gave him multiple chances, time to give that chance to another coach. Those second spots he got, Ranieri/Garcia matched it.EDF eclipsed him in CL too. Give the chance to someone else, period. There are alot of coaches lined up, who overachieving (Gapserini for one with Atlanta).
I can't see us signing anyone of any real note or profile. I would much rather they throw money at a great manager that can bring that winning culture to Roma. It is close to the most difficult place to manage anywhere so we need another Capello.
Second rate coach, LMAO. Man is in the top 3 in career wins for a Roma manager but he’s second rate. Totti was 40 years old ffs and literally couldn’t run anymore. Yet he and the rest of the “Totti fans” along with the media gave Spalletti shit because he’d only play him 5-10 minutes a game. Who was he going to play over? Dzeko who was capocanniere that year or Salah our most dangerous attacker.
