If we were using DTAM on this deal I don't think it would be Nelson's fault. It'd be the players fault as the DTAM is what the owner pays the league to use on player salaries. Also Paul Tenorio and a reliable person on Reddit said he is still going to the Fire and people said this article is false as Fenerbahce is in financial trouble and wouldn't be able to afford him. So I know we like to give Nelson crap but let's just wait okay. Now I will say we still need help on the defensive line so hopefully he signs someone soon. That is where I would put a ding on him for not upgrading there.

I'm in the camp that I find it hard to believe he's going to Turkey. I'm not saying there isn't a chance and he hasn't been in talks.. It could very well happen. But I think it's going to take some doing for it to happen. The league - as much as the Fire have been working on this deal . I understand it's NRod and Pauno were talking about. I think if the fire botch it , he's going to someone else in the league .
Reports from Turkey about the Fire have been extremely sketchy in my experience at least. I don’t really trust anything from them unless someone like Guillermo is confirming it.
