Did anyone else see the ISA release in their email? I'm on my phone and am too tech ignorant to upload it, but it sounds like organized support will be back this season and a second supporter section will be open in 137. That said, there was no mention of Sector by name as far as I can remember.
Sounds like a nod and a wink reinstatement. It'll be S8 south rather than specifically the Sector Latino section. And the club, including players, become directly involved with S8 Chicago Food Depository efforts.
detente? also - looks like the club is passing some policing responsibility on to S8 with this: "Day-of-game tickets and individual tickets in these sections will only be available for purchase through Section 8 Chicago." so the supporter's sections should be largely comprised entirely of season ticket holders, tickets bought directly from S8 reps. Probably a good thing, though It's not clear from that wording what happens with group tickets in the supporter's section.
Is this new? I feel like I always used to buy through s8c.org when I sat there. Were tickets for the supporters section previously available elsewhere? Edit: Edited for terrible affronts to grammar and syntax.
