They're losing bc of childish bluster and overconfidence. The chinese defenders think they are really that good and able to hold up against the Iranian player on their backs and reality catches up to them. Anything team China does is goofy and and hot garbage. I wish Vietnam had a chance to go up against China.

What's more, Koreans don't even care about the K-League.

I highly doubt china will become a football power in the next 40 years when the average age for their national team is 35.

I just hope Iran humiliates them to the level so that they can stop investing in their shaolin football. No world class manager can save them.

Is investment everything though? EPL is the richest league in the world but the England NT falls behind France. China is also infamous for being horrid investors. They literally make ghost towns to pump GDP numbers.

Iran though is a multi-ethnic country and Iran team has all sorts of ethnic and religious backgrounds on it. Many players are not ethnic Persian. Sardar Azmoun and Nourollahi are both Turkman , and Sunni. Iran’s keeper is a Lor, Iran’s RB is a Kurd and Sunni. Iran’s big bearded defender is an Arab. Same with Mehdi Taremi. Ansarifard is an Azeri. Jahanbakhsh is a Gilaki....So the team is just a true reflection of Iran’s diverse society.

yes England NT's are underperforming amoungst the top NT. But they always have a chance b/c of the strong system.

As far as religions are concerned Korea has Catholics, Protestants, Buddhists and Confuciusts that I'm sure are on the team. As for diversity, we have a couple with Goguryeo background, some with Silla ancestry and others with a bit of Baekje and Gaya.

Yes but they are all culturally Iranian which is the argument being made.

The most Iran has ever ventured outside that was when we brought over Gucci, Dejagah, and Ferydoon Zandi, who just happened to live in Netherlands/Germany but still had Iranian blood and cultural knowhow
