does anyone else get annoyed with HEJ in that pic taking off the Gamba Osaka shirt like he is hot sh1t? like come one its Gamba Osaka. Much have preferred KJC.
Best case scenario: Top the group, avoid Iran(And maybe Japan if they top the group) until the finals, but may face Australia or Japan(If they fail to top the group) in the Semi-finals. Worst case scenario: Place second in the group, face Iran in the QFs again. BUT, beat Iran we will still have to face Jordan whom are in excellent form in the Semi-finals.
Great observation and I agree. We need to keep good form as well and play off of Son and not use him as a crutch. The previous score lines baffle me... Especially with Phillipines, my gosh... Should have been a complete shut out. Too many missed chances. We can do this...
Oh for sure. We are held to high standards, along with great expectations so losing to a team like China would be very shameful. Our problem isn't talent. It's just that weird bug where we tend to play at the opponents level. So if the team is crap we play at their level. If the tram is good we play at that level too. Frustrating lol... But hopeful.
Just dropping into say hello and that as much as I love our overly dramatic/even encounters... would rather we stay out of each others way until the end.
I'm thinking final is going to be an all Arab affair. Qatar and another Gulf state. It's on their home turf also Qatar Confed and WC coming up. Oil money goes a long way.
How about them foreign imported players eh? I think counties should stick to their countrymen and not grant visas like candy to import foreign players. It ruins the art of what the games are all about. Much like the Olympics...
Lee JaeSung's injury is more serious than previously thought. He probably can play after the quarterfinal but in terms of full recovery he is probably out of this tournament. https://sports.v.daum.net/v/20190116155429082?d=y
Judging from what Bento has been saying, I would be surprised to see Sonny play any part of this game. https://sports.ndtv.com/football/af...-asian-cup-readi-1978199?pfrom=home-sshowcase “Of course we know how many matches and minutes he has played over the past month...we won’t take any risks and we also have other options.” Good. He just went through that brutal holiday period..Let him rest.
Damn I want korea to win by a large margin but realistically speaking it would be 1-0 or 2-0 win for SK.
