I agree that we should go that route eventually but I'm not seeing what Fred brings to the table in midfield in the couple of friendlies we played so far.

Just like the WC, I was actually impressed with some of the skills Saudi Arabia players showed. They tended to fade during the game and get more careless though.

Gabriel Jesus should be doing better at timing his runs. Even, at club level he is offside far too much.

Based on the couple of friendlies we played Fred and Fabinho has been the weakest link as far performance goes.

Very innefective first half... not much production from this lineup... What is Tite going to do? It seems thst Neymar was telling him some suggestions...

I’m still unsure if Tite should make it his plan A or B at this point. Start him on the right like the qualifiers and if we struggling creatively move him to midfield. I thought during the WC we definitely should of went that route at one point.

Ganhamos. Ritmo de treino, jogo morno.... o Brasil venceu. Depois da Copa, 3 jogos jogados, 3 jogos vencidos. 9 gols marcados, nenhum sofrido.

Argentina semana que vem e Uruguai em Novembro.

Essa fase logo depois de Copa do Mundo que tem jogos amistosos não é a mais empolgante. Vale pra observar jogadores. Depois do jogo com o Uruguai, o ano acabou.

It’s ridiculous that Allan has yet to be selected when players like Elias has more caps. I would call him over Fred.

“Não veio o Fernandinho, mas não que eu não quisesse, pois ele vai retornar. O vejo com grandes virtudes morais e técnicas para estar aqui. Então não sei para a Copa do Mundo, por conta da idade, mas seguramente, a curto prazo, sim. Pela qualidade técnica, pelo nível que está jogando no City e pela qualidade moral. E para mim, não vai ser um acidente de percurso, um acaso de bater bola no ombro que vai tirá-lo de uma convocação”

I thought we were rebuilding a team for the Copa America. Why are we wasting calls on Willian and Paulinho for ffs.

On the positive side the talent pool in the midfield we have available is the most optimistic I have been in years.

Ive sadly come to this conclusion as well. He just doesn't get it and I believe he doesn't see what exactly went wrong at the World Cup (and not the OG).

    Marcelo left injured today.

Arthur has been bossing at Barca. With a little more time he could helped so much in the summer.

Won't happen unless CA 19 is catastrophic. But I'd say Renato Gaucho would be the first name on most people's list.

Unfortunately, I think anything short of a win in the Copa América will be the end of Tite IMO.

Renato Gaúcho had his worst week with Grêmio in the past 7 days. But even Tite floundered against a non-powerhouse team, Guaraní, in the Libertadores a mere 3 years ago. So it’s not as if what happened last week makes Renato a non-candidate.

That said, I’m not sure ditching Tite would be the wisest idea barring an absolute disaster in the Copa América 2019. And given the competition, I'm not sure there's anybody who can seriously challenge for the title - not that the other teams will be weak. Rather, that Brazil is the readiest team at the moment.
