Depends on if they want him out or not. My take was the opposite. Austin clause more likely moot now. I guess MLS can choose. But if they moot it, they have mire leverage in Austin & the asset is worth more. That is what I would do in their olace.

 

Miami would seem to be proof that there is no such clause in MLS.

J.D. Smith (DegenerateTBone) is currently on 97.1 saying that he has confirmed that the Crew has been saved, but he cannot confirm that it is Haslam.

 

Yeah, but that was also part of a contract. Does MLS really want the nightmare of revoking something promised to GoldenBalls?
