Does anyone know how the Yellow Line is running? Does it have the same single tracking problems as the Orange Line? Thanks for your help.

Yellow at least for most of it's path through DC is the Green Line so the answer to your second question is no.

Yeah, I live not far from the Orange Line, but I was thinking of driving over to Springfield to catch the Blue/Yellow over to L'Enfant, where I could transfer to the 74 Bus or EM-LP Circulator.

There's no planned work on the Yellow line at this time so it should be operating as normal.

Imagine what you would think if you were a citizen of a city with a functioning Metro and read your post? Imagine being able to go back to 1970 and read it and wonder what kind of imbeciles were involved in failing to put reality in the plan for a transit system and finally imagine suggesting building a sports venue almost totally dependent on this transit system.

    Starting Lineup:

#DCU: Hamid; Fisher, Opare, Birnbaum, Mora; Canouse, Moreno; Arriola, Acosta, Asad; Rooney.

No Vytas. Would like to see Steiber out there, but this lineup should be able to score.

The stadium feels a lot more bare bones than I expected. But it’s here. And that thrills me on some level. They really need to get wayfinding in the concourse sorted out and the concession stand I picked could use a better crew to move the food from the “ready shelf” to the customer.

Really? From every rendering that I saw to every construction photo I saw it always looked very basic and "bare bones."
That stated it also feels like a fortress: its very steep and the fans are on top of the action. If only there weren't so many empty seats.

The concourse seems so unfinished feeling to some degree. Inside it’s great.

Supporters stands are full tonight. Steep side pretty full too. Pricey side had gaps but not bad. My end pretty good.

For a cheap seat in the corner it’s a great view

Crowd on my side fairly engaged with some of the back and forth chants with the supporters side too. It’s a good atmosphere

Indeed. I’m sitting on the corner to Hamid’s left and I keep wanting to pick them up like chess pieces and put them in the right places.

That was a really nice goal. Great assist from Asad.

Nice to get even before the half.

He also called the ball to Asad showing him with the finger where to put it. You can tell he comes from a top league.

Hamid not impeccable on the goal, but he did a good save right after. Let's not forget he has played 3 or 4 games in the last 18 months.

Heh. It’s more the work flow being incomplete. There’s plenty ready to pass out fast. And two ladies working the registers quickly. The problem is the guy giving the food out doesn’t have any idea what people ordered. There’s no mechanism for him to know. So he’s asking everyone what they ordered and/or getting yelled at by the register ladies while they take another order.

The fingertip save for the first save was nice. Hard to entirely fault him on the goal. If o had the defense doing that in front of me I’d be a bit “wtf” too.
