It's Fulham. He's captain at Porto, a team that regularly plays CL and makes it out of the group stages. Fulham's expectations is to play to avoid relegation first and maybe finish mid-table. Even if the league is more competitive it sounds like a downgrade to me.

Hererra isn't exactly a legend at Porto and probably never will be. He kept a low profile the first 2-3 seasons, and during that time fans had mixed feelings about him. The team won last season's league title and his rankings with the fans went up. However Porto will most likely not do well this upcoming season, and Hererra will be the scapegoat. Rumors of moves to Real or Barcelona hold next to no credibility, he's just not that type of player. A move to Fulham can be a good option for him. He won't get to play the CL and won't win any titles that's a given, but it's a club where he can be important and land a lucrative contract.
