For a country we have no rivalry with, Brazil players sure seemed like they had a personal problem vs our team. Anyway. Haven’t been able to watch any games. Will probably just watch semis and the final.
I saw none of that happened, they seemed very chilled and I even saw some of them joking and hugging one of our players during the game.
I went to a "soccer" bar here in town yesterday called O'briens which is an official American Outlaws bar...lol...bar owners were friendly enough...but the soccer fans there were such nerds...a few USA fans were there and they, of course, started talking about going to bars in England trying to prove how hardcore he was (Everton fan)...interacting with these people in person is cringey, embarrassing, and you end up feeling sorry for them.
Neymar’s comments were pretty pansy-esque IMO. He also claims his celebration was because of a video game but considering he couldn’t do anything vs that Mexico team in London, I’m pretty sure the celebration was done here to mock the team.
