La ropa sucia se lava en casa, no need to start drama in public. Ship his a** out alongside his brother.

I'd have more sympathy if he cared more about his own career and would have stayed at Villarreal. He lost his starting spot, and only has himself to blame. Even if Rafa shouldn't have played.

I always hear this after every fracaso about how the upcoming young talent is somehow going to improve progress for the next WC.

Heard it with gio/Vela/chicharito etc.. and now Chucky. Then I see teams like Uruguay with old players being clinical with the little chances they get and make them count. Then I think back on Layun amongst others and remember all the clear chances they waste.

Mexico has talent but lack clinical precision when it counts, if they could focus on taking advantage of the opportunities they get then maybe we will see a fifth game one day.

If messi or ronaldo cant carry a team, why should we expect a 22yr old to do it. He was surround by scrubs. He did great with what he had.

It needs to become a norm being clinical, how does one accomplish that?

somehow everything needs to change or else we'll be stuck here forever.

It sucks but it is what it is.

I don’t expect him to carry the them nor did I suggest that. I just think that after his heroics in Germany match, things went downhill, thus bringing down his stock. Yeah, the team stunk it up collectively, but there was some questionable decision making on his part today that had nothing to do with his teammates.

I cant really remember him against sweden, but the Brazilians shut him down double team him sometimes marking him with 3.

I cant believe we played with Chicharito. odio ese guey. He has one of the worst converting percentages and has played bad all year. Hes a fraud. not surprised though really. He scored 1 goal for the 10+ chances he had.

I told everyone we were only going to get a few chances and this is the guy you want shooting? LMAO saw the line up and knew.

Japan just scored from long distance, again, I don't get why we never shoot more from distance.

If Japan pulls this off, it will make this loss even worse. First Russia and now maybe Japan...

Cmon were comparing Chucky with Messi/Ronaldo? Both of them were already Ballon d'or winners at that age, Messi was 21-22 if I'm not mistaken.

Chucky shouldn't be held to such high standards.

Todays Football is not won by one individual anyway, no matter who they are.

Yup, I was thinking well it was Brazil what can you do. Russia must’ve been a fluke because they are rising high on being the host nation. I considered Uruguay to be slightly less favored then Portugal but you can’t really count that as an upset at all. But Japan against Belgium? I’m still riding on my emotions but are we really going to be the one team that could not pull off an upset.... mah heart can’t take this stuff
