No disrespect meant but I dont see Brazil losing just yet, they have a chip on their shoulders and will get to the semis at least imo
I think Brazil is the best team probably and I think they're going to win. What makes me feel effy is the fact that the tournament is in Europe so I also think a European side can win as well.
When people talk about the coolest anthems, everyone says: the USSR/Russian one (Ok, that is truly badass), the French one, the U.S. anthem... Nobody even mentions Aegukga. The tune is excellent (Korea Fantasia?), and even the old Auld Lang Syne variant is great. The final stanza never fails to get the hairs on my back to rise. My body tingles. So majestic.
but when was the last time you saw a mass of Koreans wearing the team kit that is playing against our rivals???? seriously...extremely childish
I think you guys are thinking too deep about that chinese guy's intentions. There were tons of chinese people wearing jerseys from top tier teams, even outside of korea's group. He's just a plastic fan... These so-called plastic fans have been an issue for a long time. There's a rampant tendency of chinese people supporting elite national teams, partly due to the fact that their national team is garbage.
I also read that many Chinese supported Germany purely because they were betting big on the KOR-GER game and in fact, quite a few of them lost large amounts of money due to the unexpected outcome.
"bringbacklaudrup" aka footballchic made a thread about his new favorite player MSM over at the Swansea forum. https://www.fansnetwork.co.uk/footb...orean-international-who-played-for-potter/#10
haha I know Hong's. met him while I was in Russia and we've been in touch since then considering we both do photo/video related things. I think I was his first subscriber that he met in person
I've been playing "Guess Who Won" with my friends who do not watch or follow soccer with the below photo.
What's the point? That's why we r not improving at all. We are only going for the short-term success. We need to start preparing for the next WC, no, for the next 10 yrs now.
I agree with preparing for the next WC but the team does often struggle against Asian opponents and they can't be a serious WC contender doing so. It is also about concepts and fundamentals and I can't see any football experts seeing the KNT in good light if they can't dominate over scrappy teams. I recommend keeping current coach for now and seeing how the AC turns out. He has some experience, knows the players and speaks same language, and is still young. If he is willing to learn, he can grow with the players. Unless if it's someone knowledgeable about Kor football like Gunes, I think foreign coaches might be overrated.
