Good game guys, or should i say great game by Mexico!!!! But as far as im concern, its over, that was yesterday and today is today. We must concentrate on Korea.......................................and do what we have to do to beat them, because they are not going to be easy. Every game is different, and Korea will not be a push-over............we must re-concentrate and go for another victory this Saturday.

I just hope that we take S Korea seriously. They will be fighting for their lives on Saturday and so will Germany when they play vs Sweden. A draw and a loss in the next two games might certainly leave us out of the round of 16.

It’s great that the players are enjoying the achievement of beating Germany. I just hope they don’t let that cloud their vision over the next few games.

Everybody talked shit on the players and Osorio all thru the qualifiers and they went on and beat Germany. I think that shows they are insulated from the thinking of the fans and such. I think they can be prepared for the game and not suffer from the crazy euphoria from fans and press now.

This time, the subs were John Cena for Bofo and Guille for Guardado.

I remember going on different futbol forums in the mid 2000’s and people would underestimate Mexico so much (especially europeans). I’m so glad that mentality is changing. Mexico is becoming more and more respected every WC and every year.

This has coincided with more Mexicans going to play in Europe.

We need more Mexa’s in Europe. Imagine our squad when not only our starters play in european leagues, but the whole banca too..it seems like we’re progressively heading in that direction.

    The Rafa sub was perfect.

Stone cold cool on the field amdist an onslaught, breaking up plays, servicing.

Playing and captaining in his fifth World Cup wasn’t just some gratuitous thing. I was beaming with pride.

    Mas respeto.

    Stop shltting on legends.

And then juxtaposed to him, a kid half his age making his debut?

I mean, how can you not be romantic about futbol? /billybeanebradpitt

Aguirre claimed he wasn't familiar with the Mexican players the second time around because he had been away so long. Bullshit excuse. I don't know what Piojo's excuse was.

They should animate these or something if they can't use the highlight. Staring at an image bothers me lol

    Rewatching the game from LA...

    With Cantor (ugh)...

    Chucky minute 1.
    Chicharo minute 16.
Layun 1 play before the goal.

    Easily 4-0 at halftime.

Speaking of FIFA, how serious is that talk about punishing Mexico because of the stupid grito?

Creo que si los van a multar y hasta a los aficionados pueden impedirle el acceso al estadio.

Not trustworthy pero en Fox they said the FMF has received a $500k fine for the ******** chant. Any game lock outs (playing in empty stadiums) would not occur until after the WC so I expect in Qualifying

The FMF can easily recoup the 500K by hosting another friendly against Bolivia or Venezuela at the Rose Bowl.

It's also punishment so it works on many levels.

I felt like Chicharito wanted to prove something

Starter with hold up skill and final pass maker

That last part keeping him from netting

Also thought that just could have been in his head - I’m the all time leading scorer. Today, I get others involved.

    Get Vela going

He was thinking pass first. Not sure why but I can see plenty of positive reasons
