FIFA should invite us to the World Cup, as special guests.

Green is wasted as a winger, he is a forward.

I find it humorous that Bobby Wood's sole positive contribution was getting the ball luckily taken off his and to a teammate.

It’s funny that it was Green, but that was a world class finish, in spite of the defensive mistake

Whoever you are out here thinking about how that goal justifies his inclusion four years ago...

    Just don’t.

Green does nothing at all in any match.... and then he scores...... he's our one-dimensional magic card....:)

Well, well, well. For 45 minutes Julian Green wasn't even in the game at all, but one brilliant touch later he's the first American ever to score against France. Well done, young man...

And double points for beating Hugo Lloris near post, as far as I'm concerned.

And then he got nutmegged on the shot. You can't have a much worse 3 seconds as a defender short of turning around and shooting on your own goal

I'm telling you guys, this is going to be close.

Also, think of the psych thing going on here, we're all just human: France wants to say goodbye to their country with a big win, so they attack with everything leaving the back exposed.

And we're the team that punishes that. We bunker and hit in the counter.

Don't worry, the French will probably turn this around and it ends 2-1 or so. BUT remember, the most important aspect in most everything, from playing sports to taking IQ tests, is emotional.

Considering who we’re playing, the kids have done well. We only got stretched a couple of times. And, although, we’re getting beat, our defense is not too panicky.
