Iran x morroco ? Of course full ! Morrocan coming from everywhere..france holland germany dubai.. Iranians are coming in big numbers. They were already a lot in brazil. Iranians and morrocans are big immigrants. When you see usa is the second top demanders it is mainly colombians / mexicans / iranians.. Same applies to germany / holland.. Some pple in this forum still dont believe their eyes this mondial is so busy, it was predictible. No visas makes things easy.. Last mn tourists can still do it. Russia liked by 90% of the planet except some western countries. Some people in this forum think all russians will be selling all their tickets blabla.well this thing happened in brazil and i dont expect it happening on the same level in russia for the below reasons: 1) compared to brazil, russians are less poor 2) russians live day per day, u can rarely see a russian saving money for the future (like italians, french,..). Nope. russians enjoy life day per day and they dont worry about future. So i think they are gonna keep their tickets and enjoy it regardless the money they can make from selling. 3) in 2014, the touts in brazil have filled all facebook pages.. i dont see a huge number of russians doing that. 4) in general, russians are bad in selling, they dont know how to do business, brazilians were stronger. This is my opinion, in the past heart123 misleaded "by ignorance" many mew members here saying they will get everything they want by april and they will even get the most demanded tickets for less than face value. What a joke.. Game 51 is 950 usd on viagogo today and prices are only increasing since march..Same for 39,41, 25, 55.. even the belgium x tunisia is difficult to get. And now some want to make u believe that ull get many tickets in the streets because poor russians will rush to sell. i m doubt that for at least 40 % of the games..
Nice cultural explanation. Whoa whoa. I never said poor Russians. They own all the good British soccer teams. I’m just gauging by the ticket sale #’s and Interest shown at the Confed Cup games and fan fest.
I know it was explained before regarding if the main applicant can't attend to collect the tickets he needs to provide a POA so his friend can collect on his behalf. What if the main applicant paid using a relatives credit card but won't bring that credit card with him. On the fifa website it says "In order to collect your Tickets, you will need to present a proper identification document (passport or ID) with embedded photo and the payment card used in the transaction" OK so i have the identification because I'm the main applicant but I won't have the credit card. How do I get around this?
I have several FIFA World CUP tickets for matches. for trade : 4 tickets for Poland - Senegal category 1 4 tickets for Denmark - France category 3 looking to swap for Argentina - Iceland and Germany - Mexico can give 4 for a pair any category2 Please send me a message if you are interested in trading if can't trade next few days will sell for face value
I was thinking that but will my fan id and passport be all they require or will they still want the credit card or just the number?
I still haven't received my TST-4 tickets! I mentioned this already in the forums but I saw a new section of the "My requests" page the other day which said my tickets will now be available for collection in Russia. I have no idea why they are no longer being delivered to my home address but my question is around re-selling the tickets. Attached is what I see on the resale part of the website. How can I be sure that my tickets have actually been listed for resale? I'm confused because my tickets were supposed to be delivered and I was under the assumption that I would have to mail them to FIFA in Manchester or Moscow in order to re-sell them. Now that they are no longer being delivered and I am supposed to collect them in Russia, I don't know if they are actually for sale on the re-sale site. My tickets have been in the same status "ticket to resell" for weeks now which is why I am very confused. Is this just not a popular game and no one wants to buy?
Maybe they are trying to screw over international touts so will wait as late as possible for the big drop.
They are definitely holding tickets but i'm 100% sure those tickets you listed are gonna be sold in the next few days. When that happens, you won't be able to see the 'Recover' option.
You're out of your mind if you think a game like Morocco vs Iran has sold out. Locals will not care about that game, Moroccan fans don't travel well, and despite the relative proximity, you won't see too many Iranians there either (not much disposable income in that country). I went to Iran vs Argentina in 2014 and the stadium was 50% Argentinians, 45% Brazilians/international fans, and barely any Iranians (who mostly came from the U.S.). I think the explanation of FIFA restricting supply to reduce reselling is a good one. Unfortunately it looks like we'll have a big ticket drop while I'm in Russia next week and with no access to a laptop (doing 6 letter captcha's on your smartphone is a nightmare).
I don’t know man, that other dude made a really good argument that pretty much said that just about everyone that purchased a ticket from every country is Iranian.
I've been to Iran-Nigeria snooze fest in 2014, don't remember seeing more than 53 Iranians. Perhaps this year they will multiply by a thousand.
Hey everyone I just received an email from FIFA saying that my tickets cannot be delivered due to operational reasons and therefore have to be collected in Russia. I must say I actually feel relieved that they won’t be sending them.
During the first two ticketing phases I tried to track demand for TSTs as well as I could (by looking at how many TSTs turned red and how quickly for each country). If we just focus on the second random draw phase (because the first is skewed by the uncertainty over qualification for some countries), Morocco ranked 11th and Iran 14th. The individual match ticket was about average in popularity (just over 20 first-round matches went all red before it did). And the St. Petersburg VST trailed only the two Moscow stadia in popularity. Oh, and I resold two tickets to this match through the FIFA portal and they were snapped up quickly. So I'll be surprised if there are thousands of empty seats.
I was in Kiev in 2012 at the final game. I saw maybe 50 Spaniards and 5 Italians. After Germany unexpectedly lost in the semis to Italy in Poland, they sold their tickets to Poles. So most of the spectators were locals and Poles. It was possible to buy a ticket before the game for a half price. So I doubt many foreigners will travel to Russia. I think most of spectators will be locals.
I am not sure about that - you're comparing a Euro to a World Cup. Many non-Europeans (especially Mexicans and South Americans) will be there. I'd be curious to hear from people who attended the 2014 final - was it easy to get a M64 ticket on the streets?
I already got it done in English earlier & sent it to my guest who'll be attending on my behalf. Hope it works out when they get to the collection office in Moscow.
Still looking to Purchase 2 or 3 tickets for M41 Brazil v Serbia, Any Cat! Can Trade: M45 England v Belgium Cat 1(row 1) x 2 M49 Rd 16 in Sochi Cat 2 x 2 Will be in Moscow from the 24th
It's very far and expensive for Latin Americans to travel to Russia. In Brazil it was impossible to get M64 tickets because Rio was invaded by Argentinians, who simply drove across the border, and they were prepared to pay any price. If Holland won that penalty series, I believe it would make it much easier to get that ticket. This time of all fans the largest travelling community will be the Germans. Brits won't travel en masse because of frictions between UK and Russia (and especially between their hooligans). French don't travel, Spaniards don't travel. Dutch didn't qualify. Irish didn't qualify. Let's say the final is Brazil-Argentina. Do you really believe their fans will fill the stadium so far away? I doubt it.
I did not see anyone selling anywhere near the Maracana stadium, but you could not get too close to the stadium without a ticket, and I was not really looking either because we already had tickets. Same thing for the semis in BH and SP in 2014, but we already had tickets. Same thing also for the final in Jo'burg and the semis in Cape Town and Durban in 2010. All that I saw were some Uruguay fans who were offering to sell final tickets at FV at our hotel in Cape Town after they lost the semi, but that was all I saw. Again, we had semi and final tickets from FIFA, so I was not really looking. There used to be a big "street" market for tickets in 1994, 1998, and 2002, but not so much since then, it seems.
