That is admirable, I guess. Tickets to the final are so hard to get, I would think such luck merits a special trip to see the match. But to each his own...

 

Well that is too bad. Regret is a terrible thing. If you still want to go, then hopefully you can get a ticket.

Curiously my Sen-Pol tickets sold first day I put them up, even though there's been availability for that match in each drop subsequent to my date of resale. My Por-Mor tickets have however not been resold even though that match has reverted to unavailable faster than the Sen-Pol in each drop subsequent to the date I put that Mor-Por ticket up for resale.

Someone said their Por-Mor ticket hasn't been resold for months so no idea what's going on with that particular match.

 

Sounds like a big drop being planned to me. They want to hold onto the high demand tickets but get rid of the lower demand matches first.

But they’ve had M7, M11, and M64 in every drop for the last few weeks.

 

FYI I sent my tickets back to FIFA for resale on 5/23 and arrived in Manchester 5/25. I saw the resale button available this Monday, 5/28. Tickets were sold yesterday and currently pending refund.

Tickets sold:
2 Cat 1 Iran vs Spain
2 Cat 1 Iran vs Morocco
2 Cat 1 Belgium vs Panama.

And yes... shipping via DHL is expensive ($45).

 

You are not the only one, and this is why I'm still not so sure about a big drop. If we are sending back tix, and FIFA is selling them within days, even for games that at first sight don't look so promising, then I can't see FIFA having this huge supply of tix. We also have a bunch of N. Africa/Middle Eastern teams this time (i.e. Egypt, Morocco, Tunisia, S. Arabia etc) many of which have qualified for the first time in a while, are football mad, and are within reasonable flight distance from Russia.

I'm guessing like everybody else so I could def be proven wrong. But something's not adding up here.

 

And completely anecdotally, I'm seeing huge interest from Brazilians across diff chatrooms, maybe to do with the fact that they could actually go all the way to the end this time around. I dunno. I'm also hoping to score more seats, like almost everybody here, but so far things aren't looking too promising.

 

OK I'm off to bed. I'll be pissed if I find out I missed a drop in the morning! Although all signs suggest nothing will come until at least Monday.

On a positive I spent the last 4 hours scouring Facebook ticket offers. Plenty offering cat 1, 2 and 3 for the match I want. Ideally I want to get them officially from fifa but at least I shouldn't be left stuck.

I will say most tickets that we see on the daily (small) drop are returned tickets from previous buyers. The big drop is the one is suppose to offer better locations.
