    What options do we have?
Mayorga is the future. He could honestly already be our starter. They’re trying to plug Cisneros/Conejo into a fullback but it’s not their forte. Erick Aguirre from Pachuca would be sublime but i don’t think he plays in that position anymore.

By Leon is interested all it means is that if Chivas don’t buy him Martinez will just send him to Leon. On Aguirre, he plays as a attacking left winger in a 4-5-1. He only plays LB if absolutely necessary. CTBH Pachuca should not be selling any key players right now in any case.

He needs to work on his defending, though. You know who I liked...that canterano who started as a LB in the last game. Dude was fast and defended well. Benitez was his name.

It was great. Conejo was RB and Benitez LB. Up top it was Cisneros at RW and Sandoval(Pizarro resting) at LW.

    Look at my post above.

If we spend money(it will be hefty for that petardo) on him, then imagine what that money could have been used on...for.

This is also a business, and you can't just waste money a lo pendejo...thus my $10 big macs; it hurts the team in the long run.

Torres Nilo Is not a good buy. He is past his peak and is also another Pereira in the sense of getting carded stupidly

My wish list (not all, just one per position):
    Cesar Montes
    Nestor Araujo

    Erick Gutiérrez
    Víctor Guzmán

    Because of the CWC:
If the team is going to open the wallet try and bring back Cheech.

    Hope it happens

Came across several articles today saying that Chivas is looking to bring back Chicharito

I think the CHich has had enough of over there. I'm sure he may be thinking..."okay. I've struggled all this time to fight for my Euro dream. Now it'd be nice to be treated like a king."

    (MLS scoops him up)

Chicharito’s priority is to stay in Europe.

    But Turkey, China, MLS?

    He’s better off coming back.

TBH no MX team could offer him what an MLS team could as a DP. Any player with his level of European success that chooses Liga MX instead of MLS is doing it out of love/kindness/etc.

Velabis out of the question imo since this is his first year at MLS and he would be leaving deep into the MLS season. Plus I'm sure the money would be too much.

I can see Cheech because he truly loves the team.

If Chicharito isn't able to land a decent Euro team after the WC, I can see him coming back to Chivas. Especially for the once in a lifetime opportunity to play in the CWC in December

Lajud has had a decent Clausura season but I rather just have Jimenez take over the starter position and bring up a back up goalie from the cantera

I would not spend money on a keeper. Give Jimenez a chance. If we sell pizarro I might border line send a hit squad to get Vergara.

Chivas cannot sell a player of Pizarros quality to any mexican team no matter how much they give us.

We don't need a left back. There's absolutely no reason why we should spend money on Torres Nilo. We need a right back. Not a lefty.

While I agree with you on Pizarro, I don't see him leaving to a Mexican team but a European team.

I think Almeyda might use him as CB to replace Alanis

Great. So he's continuing the 'let's get player who will be hurt for most of the season and be questionable at defense every week' strategy. Nice. I enjoyed that all of last year.

According to Marin he wants Torres Nilo because he is left footed.

I like that almost all of the refuerzos--barring CB--Almeyda wants yutes with potential, instead of burned out or big names on decline.

I like the portero from Tij, but, like Hecho says, I like to keep it in house.

Yeah, meaning, he really wants to replace Aris. He sees what I have seen for a year: Aris stunts the attack on the left.
