The appeal has failed and Lozano got 4 match ban with one match ban suspended. Into account was taken the suspended 1 match ban from september too. PSV is going to appeal this too, but coming sunday Lozano willnot be part of the team going to fight Feyenoord, as the second appeal cannot be handled before that match.
According to coach Cocu he was a little bit lost after the red card and the looming ban. In Eindhoven they're mad at the referees, as in the same weekend Ajax striker Huntelaar did do the same thing as Chucky and the ref judged it to be nothing. As it had been judged by the ref, he couldnot be charged based on the video evidence in retrospect. Otherwise both clubs would have lost their main striker.
