I'm an Arsenal fan and I have 9 Ph.Ds in everything from physics to philosophy thank you very much. None of that is true but I'd love for Lozano to go to Arsenal I think he would grow a lot as a player, Wenger would only go for a player that expensive if he thought it was worth it so if Lozano does go I think he would certainly get a lot of playing time in the various competitions.
Isn't there a bilionaire African who wants to buy Arsenal and fire Wenger? Seems like it would potentially be a nightmare situation for Lozano to move to a team in such circumstances
Not very likely. A club like Arsenal is very hesitant towards change which may very well be a root cause of their lack of titles in recent history. Both Stan Kroenke and Arsene Wenger have very frugal outlooks toward spending which the board is totally fine with as they club is still making a profit. With that said, I can't imagine they would spend that kind of money on a player from the Dutch Eredivisie.
He's not moving anywhere as PSV needs him to secure the title, which is is a far from sure thing. Then they need him to get through the CL qualies to secure the wallet filled with 23 million euros. Ehen he still will be worth what he's worth now, so any buyer has to cough up those extra 23 million they will loose for sure witout him.
