That was good, you got me. Of course I could shoot an Iraqi, or any other enemy combatant. Duh!!! As for the guy being unarmed, over there right now, there is no such thing as unarmed, you have to consider any enemy to be booby trapped or a potential threat. That is just the nature of war. Of course I could also shoot on goal against any Iraqi team, not that I have the skill to play against their Nats, but what a shot it would be.
We don't know the full story but if those guys were armed once before after unloading several rounds at GI's and now were wounded and unarmed when my face was wounded by these same dudes... hmmm "He's moving?
