His words: "As the head of scouting, I have the task to build up a professional scouting department..." Did RB ever have a proper scouting Dpt? If not, it's about freakin' time!! I'm very hopeful that this dept will have a positive impact on the club within the next year or two.
Current scouting department?? LOL. They need to start finding players that will bench BWP, Sacha, and other starters. Then you know the team is improving. Otherwise next year will just be another 2017. And I'm sick of seeing the same show over and over.
