I'll look to pick it up. I've got a lot of soccer reading I'm behind on. I'd venture to say the bashing probably has (at least some) to do with dismantling a (near) MLS Cup winning side the following year.
Not really, more along the lines of one set of rules (harsher rules/criticism/wearing down pysche of those players) for the Americans and another for the internationals (lax rule discipline/muted criticism) and alleged broken promises. He had an epic blowup argument with him too which was pretty good part. Bobby could be a (self admitted) hothead at times though. Still well worth the read as the Dallas chapter was just one of six.

Jordan Cano (D) is playing out of his mind at SMU this season. The AAC has pretty weak competition, but SMU have conceded the fewest goals, conceding an average of 0.64 goals per game. Cano has played 2000 minutes (51/49 games) since 2015, with 2 goals and 6 assists. Ben Hale (GK) is having a solid season at middling Furman after tearing his ACL just before his Freshman year in 2016 (during the FCD U-18 National Championship). He has played 16 games, conceding 14 goals, for an GAA of 0.85, with 40 saves. Furman is 9-4-3 with Hale in the net.

Seitz came up huge a couple of times for Houston this weekend, including saving a penalty, to keep a shutout. He also made a quadruple save on a PK a few weeks ago in preseason.
