Different types but anytime a guy his age from CONCACAF is playing for a team like Dortmund it's probably legit. Mexico has had guys like Chicharito playing at bigger clubs but at an older age and not as a lock starter. The last guy I can recall off of my head any of us had at a big club was Marquez at Barca in his prime. Pulisic is the biggest talent in CONCACAF right now IMO, while Mexico has more depth coming up.

Pretty much, more polished than Lozano with having 4 yrs less of existence than Lozano. I love Lozano, but the only thing I would say he has over Pulisic is more physically gifted, but we'll see how Pulisic fills out in the next 4 yrs, when he becomes the age Lozano is today.
